Err1 kachel doesnt respond.
I bought an electrical heater and when we connect it gives an Err1 , i looked in internet and it says the thermostat is disconnected and i have to contact the manufacturer, I did that and sent a video explaining the situation, i got an automatic email and in less than 24 hours a customer service representative sent me an email informing that a new one is just sent … let’s wait and see :)

Lots of issues with delivery of item
Lots of issues with delivery of item. Hudson and Reed should change their delivery service. DPD is the worst courier service ever. Courier rude and argumentative. He said he was at the door for half an hour. He was not even there for 2 seconds as noted on my camera. He was taking back my order. Although Hudson and Reed may be good due to the Courier service I will think twice before placing an order. It is a pity
