Very good after sales
Staff went above and beyond to provide valuable input promptly. They even transferred the dutch language question to the U.K. and used google translate just to avoid having delays. Never seen that kind of dedication.

Good product delivered well packed/protected and on time.
Bath panel clips were missing, a phone call sortrd this out, and replacement clips were received within a few days.

I received a damaged radiator but only…
I received a damaged radiator but only noticed the damage about a week after purchase. They have promptly sent a replacement without any quibbles. I would buy with confidence. The only downside to buying from them is that if you have to return the item, you would have to send it to the UK, which is a bit more expensive than posting in NL.

I still have not received my order and no one can give me a clear answer or date as to when to expect it! It is delaying and having impacts on my plans and orginising!!
Not impressed!!

Dont put the responsibility on DHL! You dragged your feet in following up and seeing that the order was stuck in customs, they were waiting on you for a completed import licence! Furthermore, your option was to use dhl, not mine.
