Everything with them was good
Everything with them was good, until they failed to send me one order in time and then refused to cancel it.
So in a nutshell - despite the fact my order hasn't even left the storage they "couldn't cancel it" and give me a refund until I refuse it at my doors. How ridiculous is that?
It would be a 1 star review but the owner did reach out to me personally by calling me.

I was recommended this store by a friend who was impressed with the craftsmanship of his axe and knife. I was definitely not disappointed. The axe was well packed, secure and very well made.

Excellent service.
Excellent! I have placed half a dozen orders with you over the last 6 months for assorted Wüsthof knives and boards and they have all arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I suppose being a repeat-repeat customer is an endorsement in itself because one tends to stick with stores one has confidence in.
