Having used this company for over 20 years to buy and sell property, I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Kimberley Kong and her staff. They always act in a professional manner, communication is excellent and their fees have always been fair and reasonable. They are extremely efficient and achieve set timescales. I will continue to use them in the future, i would highly recommend N Legal. Thank you for your continued service.

My advice to anyone thinking of using this company- don't!

What an absolute shambles. 6 months of pure stress to complete a vacant possession bungalow sale.

Kimberley Kong was our Solicitor, and apparently also the Director. She didn't respond to emails, phone calls or left messages without constant pressure from myself. The information she did impart was given too late, causing significant delays in completing. I had to send the same documents over again and again as they don't appear to have a filing system that stores said documents. The amount of money I had to spend on recorded delivery was ridiculous, and none of it was reimbursed even though these extra costs were caused by their incompetence.

Every day there would be a new battle to face with them, and it became that ridiculous that in the end, I ended up liaising with the buyer and their Solicitor directly to get what they needed in order to complete the sale.

My overall opinion of N Legal? Useless, unprofessional and rude. Stay clear, it's just not worth the stress!
