I have just started working for NL Group and have found the staff are very supportive and friendly nothing was too much for them and they made me feel very comfortable. 😊

All the office staff are friendly and welcoming, the process is smooth. The online training program is comprehensive. Having worked in the industry for many years it is a breath of fresh air how consistently I have been treated by everyone.

I have been working for NL Group for over 7 months now and they are honestly the best, they are so very understanding, there is always someone to talk too when needed and they cater for my needs as I have children that I have to work around which for me makes life so much easier, I love my job

Angela was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my application and onboarding. She guided me every step of the way and made the whole process feel smooth, clear, and much less overwhelming.

Angela was so welcoming and friendly during my onboarding with NLG. She has been great with answering any queries I have had and is always happy to help. I’ve only been with NLG a few weeks but it is already by far the best company I’ve worked for.

Angela has been so lovely during my onboarding process. When I came into the office she came to chat and was so friendly. She has always replied quickly and efficiently to any queries I have had and is so welcoming and friendly.

The team are very attentive and carefully match you with service users suited to your skill level. They’re responsive to queries and provide thorough training until you feel confident and fully competent in your role. They respect their workers’ needs and don’t overload staff, which makes a real difference. A very supportive and professional company to work for.

Been with NL Group now for a few weeks. I can’t say one bad word! Professional and very understanding, don’t just care for their service users they also care for their staff. Onboarding with Angela was straight forward and everything was explained thorough about my role.

Just wanted to say how amazing my induction was but that's all down to Angela who was absolutely brilliant as she just gave NLG a very good image with her enthusiasm and amazing personality

We have used this company for a few years, but over the last 6 month they have become inconsistant, Not sending regular carer, sending different carers who just stand and look on and dont assist. Not replacing carers who are not suitable for the package. unreliable do not return calls in a timely manner, Giving false promises to shut you up so you dont complain, the list goes on would not recommend

Really enjoying working with NL group. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Never short of shifts and they make the effort to find shifts that suit you. Very supportive and efficient team.

Office staff are a pleasure to speak and deal with. plenty of shifts to choose from a variety of settings. Overall very happy with the transition from full time NHS to full time agency.

I love working for NL, the team are so friendly and helpful, I know someone is only a call away if I need any help or advice. I can plan my shifts in advance, and that is really important to me for my family life, payroll is all taken care of too, so other than going to work, I don’t need to worry about anything else. Everything I wanted in an agency is provided, highly recommend NL group.
