Aftercare awful

AVOID at all costs. Collected a car and was asked to leave a review before driving off. Got home to find out the boot wouldn't open. Said take it to a local garage for a quote and they would cover the bill. Ended up being a water damaged control unit costing just under £200 inc parts and labour. Nawaie are now trying to get out of paying. As part of the deal I did ask for a tank of fuel. The sales guy said they can't do that but would put some in the tank (had 10 miles of fuel on collection). Full of broken promises and sold me a faulty car as far as i'm concerned. Any problems have to be sorted via email in which they keep replying "we will have to speak to management".

Excellent service from the team

Excellent service from the team. Kully, Abdul, ameen. Sorted the car Monday and picked up on the evening after fitting me in. Had an issue with the next day with the car called up and within a few days as I’m local got me booked in and the issue sorted. Highly recommended the team

The guys were great from start to finish. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about a car that I was unfamiliar with. I didn’t pre-book my test drive and on a busy Saturday, they managed it anyways. Definitely keeping their number saved for the future!
