Very poor support not taking critical error serious (.com site)

I have just completed a 90 pages creation with 400+ pictures. I have saved the creation during my work with it. Yet, when I added it to cart for purchase, the version there was 7 hours old, and all my work for an entire day was lost. In this case, support will not put me through to any technical support to investigate what can have happened, and to hopefully help me get the version back from before I added my creation to the cart. I spend an hour with customer support, who cannot give you any technical support, or help you connect to tec support. This is PURE WASTE OF TIME. Do NOT make your important creations here, as you cannot trust the website to save your creations - OR for a tec team to help in case of any mistakes/errors on the site. I am devistated that I have now lost such a big work effort and creation that I cannot easily recreate. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
