We are a husband and wife team who are passionate about developing children’s’ imaginations. We sell mainly role playing toys, most of which are wooden or plush. A lot of the items we sell are handmade, some by work at home mums. We believe the items that we sell are ideal for showing children that their imaginations can take them anywhere. Placed order - no delivery
Placed order, other than initial acknowledgement, nothing other than a request for a review? Perhaps sending the product or at least an expected delivery date may be useful.

Hi Steven,
The review process is automated and sends a request 7 days after the order was placed. I will have to look into whether this can be changed or not. (UPDATE: Review requests have been changed to send a request 7 days after the order has been completed instead of paid).
We were not processing any orders until the 4th January as stated in the shipping policy and at the top of our site while we were closed for Christmas and New Years.
We are currently processing all orders placed over the holiday period so there is a delay in processing orders due to the backlog.
Orders usually take up to 2 working days to process so usually it would have been shipped by the 6th January amd would still take roughly 2 - 3 working days to arrive.
If you've not had any other email from us regarding your order then it hasn't been shipped yet. You can also check the status of the order by logging in to your account.

Awful customer service and company
Ordered on the 11th Dec not posted until 15th and didn’t arrive until 23rd. Paid for 2-3 day delivery and it wasn’t even posted in that time. Emailed to enquire and they promised to send a tracking number but never did. My nephew didn’t get his present for Christmas. Awful customer service and will never use this company again.

Hi James, thank you for your review however it is rather unfair.
Our shipping policy says it takes up to 2 working days to process orders, possibly longer during busy times eg December. As you order on the weekend your order wouldn’t even be looked at until Monday at the earliest.
As your order was shipped on the 15th this is more than reasonable for the busy period since it was a Wednesday.
No promises were made in regards to the tracking number. Since we use a fulfilment company we have to rely on them providing it. Since it is an extremely busy time for them emails are not always answered and we do follow up.
Orders for 2-3 days are shipped via Royal Mail and are estimated times as per the shipping policy. As you know December is a busy time and delays are to be expected. Once an order has left our warehouse it is out of our control.

Was sent a faulty item. I immediately informed the company of it. It now has been 7 days since receiving the order and notifying the company of it, I have yet to receive a return label or an update if I will be sent a correct item. Really unimpressed. Also its been 5 days since the last reply from them, when they said they see if they have any more of my item in stock. Shockingly bad customer service. AVOID!

It was nice to talk to you on the phone earlier and hope I have managed to resolve your concerns.
I was told by the Fulfillment company that they were going to send a replacement the same day I told you but unfortunately that did not happen which is not acceptable and I should have checked with them the following day.
I managed to get a replacement sent out via dhl and would have arrived on the next day and got them to check the quality of the item.
This is not the usual level of customer service I provide and can only apologise for your recent experience with Noah's Forest Friends.

Parcel was sent quickly and when one Tonie was not received due to the parcel being ripped during postage, a quick email solved the problem faster than expected. Super fast resolution to a problem.
