absolutely disgusting company, they scam innocent teenagers online and send cheap 💩 and then refuse to refund anything!!! Everyone should take legal action against them. Absolutely avoid

If I could have left zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. Item never despatched and ignored my request to cancel my order so I had to do a chargeback through my credit card.

Order a dress 23/08/25 received it and it was dreaful nothing like the photo terrible quality ! Asked to return it took ages for a response then was told to pay to return it to ASIA but I had to pay and it was £20 that or 15% of the refund back and they will plant a tree to help the environment too (absolute joke) so I returned the parcel they received it as I sent it tracked and then stopped replying to me after 10+ emails …. I’m now trying to get help through my bank to get money back !!!

The very worst order I have EVER made.
Noaloo is extremely unprofessional. I ordered the Caroline tote bag for college on the 8th of September, and it took 5 WEEKS to come! Not only that it was extremely small and untrue to its descriptions! Would not recommend AT ALL. When I emailed twice it took them a few days to respond. I am BEYOND disappointed!

I bought a jacked that looked fabulous online. In reality it is nothing like that. The quality of the material is shockingly bad a very shiny. I tried to return it to be told I would have to pay a shipping fee of £23.00. The jacked cost £45. The said I could should keep it and accept a discount of 15%. Very telling that they clearly only value the jacked at 15% if the cost. There is nothing showing that this is the case. Stay well clear!

This company is a scam do not purchase. I order a jacket via TikTok and requested a refunded. In order to generate a refund you email the company which I did but they don’t reply so you have no way of refunding have reported to TikTok so don’t get caught you have been warned !

Jacket was too big for me. Have emailed a few times now and have been ignored about how to return.
I was dumb not to research this company before ordering. Lesson learnt.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Took 5 weeks to deliver even though it said a week! Didn’t look like anything that was described. Cheap rubbish that’s clearly been imported. I bought at bag for £40 that clearly looks like it cost £2 to make. Never again will I buy off this company!! You can email to ask where delivery is, and yes they reply with its on its way you’ll be pleased with your Caroline bag. I’m far from pleased!!! Avoid at all cost

I ordered a coat from Noaloo. The quality was terrible, but that’s not the worst part. The website makes it look like a UK business, yet the item ships from China. When you try to return it, they tell you to post it back to China, which costs more than the coat itself.

Luckily, I paid with a credit card and got my money back through my bank. But be careful — this company is not honest and feels like a complete scam.

Do not purchase from this company. It is an absolute scam- I ordered a blazer size L and when it arrived it wouldn’t even fit a person size 10!!! I’ve had to dig around to try and find any way to communicate with the ‘company’ and I either send item back to China at my own expense, or take a 15% refund and keep a cheap jacket that is of no use to me.

I ordered months ago and my parcel never arrived, I try to contact them for a refund however the email address is invalid and there is no phone number! there is no way to contact them and absolutely no refund or goods sent to me! all the good on there website are copies from other places and I have no found most of the images used are not even there's! DO NOT ORDER

This company is literally the worst place I have ordered from DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! the biggest scam ever it’s been a month now and my delivery still has not arrived each time I’m trying to track the parcel it says it’s on its way I have emailed the company several times each time they say to me the bag is high demand and it should be coming

It’s been 6 weeks and no email no tracking no order and I’ve had to ask Amex to cancel and refund. I’m quite disappointed.

Very poor service. I ordered from Noaloo through TikTok but realise now that they used another advert and linked it to their page. I ordered an item on 20th September but it’s still not arrived. Customer support is very poor. I believe they are a scam. Do not order from this online store.

Same as all the below. Ordered a bag, followed up 10 days later and was told it is in production. Followed up again and was told it is on its way and tracking details will follow. Followed up again 7 days later as no tracking details was received. No response to my last two emails. Steer clear

AWFUL SCAMMERS! Been a month now and haven’t received bag, they kept saying that bag is in production due to being in the big demand but when I asked to cancel order they said it’s in warehouse ready to be shipped - 2 weeks and no update. When I emailed back for an update they just replied regarding someone else order for coat even they could see all that conversation regarding my bag. Such a scammers! PLEASE DONT CONSIDER TO BUY FROM THEM!!! 0 star
