Fast and efficient responses for the repair of my scratch leather on my gaming chair.

I've been using my Epic chair for nearly 5 years and it's still in great condition, except for 1 small hole in the seat due to a metal pin sticking out slightly. I emailed customer support to see if this is a known problem and how I could fix it, instead I got an offer to buy just the seat part (which is about half of the cost of a new one). Good service and great product.

Comfortable, easily customizable chairs for daily use, outstanding quality. Great customer support. Highly recommended.

My Backpiece had a deep Cut in it which was not my fault. There probably was a problem during shipment cause the package that was used to deliver the chair was damaged.
I told the Support about the issue and they have sent me a new backpiece without any problems whatsoever.
The Chair itself is very good and I still enjoy it, even after using it for almost 2 Weeks.
I will probably never switch to another chair ever again.
I know it is pricey, but in my opinion it is worth every cent.

I got a broken part and support was extremely fast and friendly. Now having a wonderful chair I’m very happy!

I've had problems with a Hero and support was just top notch, and within a week problem was solved. So there can be problems with items but you have a support which is exactly that, and it supports you.

Really quick and competent support! Within ~12 h my case was solved and a spare part shipped to my location.

Small tear in seat caused by internal bolt

Bought jr ( 16yrs old now ) a decent chair as I thought as he was probably going to spend a lot of time in it for Christmas 2020.
Chair has been used when he’s not at school so you can do the math . Mum cleans it regularly because teens don’t appreciate you need to maintain stuff to keep it in good order .
Mum noticed a tear in the seat while cleaning it a few days ago caused by what appears to be a bolt or nut perturbing and the leather getting rubbed against it . A second area of wear from another perturbing nut or bolt is also an area for concern though hasn’t caused visible damage yet !
So that’s the facts to date .. as a result of this I wanted to contact Noble Chairs as the warranty ended 1month ago, should that surprise me !
Have thus far found it extremely difficult to call them as no number is on their web site only an email contact form which I’m not a fan off but hey ho .
Will update this review once I’ve had a response as the photo’s clearly show the rip is from intrusion of the bolt into the leather, and jr isn’t a large set person by any means so stand by for an update .
Ps three stars given currently as have to be fair as seat up until now has been excellent. Those stars may go up or down once their customer service has been tested .

So…. Once you figure out how to contact customer service in Germany ( email ) if you have the experience I had you will like I was be very happy with the entire process.
Once I sent my first email it was responded to the same day, asking for a few basic details and photos of the damaged item etc.
Then I was handed over to Overclockers UK as they were the agents through who I made the original purchase. So after a handful of emails the last of which was from DHL confirming the dispatching of a replacement seat cushion.
I can’t remember a more straightforward request for assistance that has been granted so quickly without any hassle . It seems the chairs themselves aren’t the only good thing with this company.

New rating will be 5*.

Extremely bad quality chairs with premium price tag. Do NOT buy these chairs. Seat on mine ripped after not even a year. I got a replacement seat( in the wrong colr because they didn't make mine anymore) which didn't even last another year and ripped again. Stay away from these.

Had some broken panels, contacted them. Within a few days I've recieved new ones. Chair sits amazing. Would buy again

Happy owner of the Epic leather chair, along with the leather footrest and memory foam pillows. Chair is super comfortable, sturdy. I generally have back problems from too much sitting, but their chair made my work a lot easier and pleasant. Customer service is quick and on point. Delivery took less than 20 hours.

I (about 185cm, 140kg) own a chair (Noblechairs Hero TX) for about 4 months now and use it several hours a day. It is very comfortable, both when working and while "watching TV". Unfortunately, it began to tilt more and more after a while. Thanks to the friendly and skilled support (Noblechairs Germany) I was helped within a week and the chair is now working properly again. Overall, I am very satisfied with the chair and the support.

I bought a limited edition chair from noblechairs and it started ripping next to the sewing less than 3 years old. Of course, there are not even any spare parts, but as I see from other comments even if there would be it probably would cost as much as a char costed. I do not expect from a nearly £300 chair to come apart after a couple of years use.

I am 80-85kg and used it to work in it, so I definitely did not overuse the chair.

I can see lots of positive feedbacks from the brand although none of them for after years of use. If you want a long-lasting chair do NOT buy a noblechair.

I bought a new Noblechairs Hero TX. First impressions: for a stature of 195 cm / 90 kg insanely good! The Hero holds the back fantastic, the quality / material is excellent, and the chair can also be placed in a living room - it is elegant and comfortable. I contacted the German customer service, they immediately gave me all the relevant information. That's what I call a 5 star service!

I bought a Noble chair, an epic model. It's a good quality and really looks stong. The mechanisms started to make noise only 3 week after I bought it, so I have contacted the SAV that answered really fast and sent me back a new mechanisms to change it. Now the chair doesn't make noise anymore. So it's a good quality brand with a good SAV.

First of all: Great products. I bought 2 years ago a gaming chair and now also for my office the same chair. It is so confortable that I even could sleep on it. Anyhow one of the rolls broked of my chair that I use privat. I contact the support and they could help me within a day. Very friendly and very fast. I'm a fan of this product and company. If you have to buy a office or gaming chair = only noblechairs!

Bought the chair over 2 Years ago. Super comfortable and really good quality.
This weekend something broke inside the tilt-mechanism. I didn't find the part i was needing in any shop, so emailed the service. And within a few hours they helped and i could order the needed replacement.
