Claim dealt with efficiently from start to finish.appreciate that a written date on compass box was taken as evidence of purchase date. Lesson learnt re holding on to receipts in future. Great service
Great service! My daughter's Topper mast broke and took her best sail with it. The new mast was sent without delay. Noble wisely asked that I send the sail to their recommended sail maker to prove that the damaged sail was indeed as new. Once verified, the new sail arrived within 48 hours. Top drawer service, thank you!
