Sent ID twice and it’s been 3 days was told it would be dealt with after 24 hours! Useless, I wouldn’t mind it’s only a £200 withdrawal.

Easy deposit with no hassle, but when it comes to withdrawal all the fun begins.
For a £125 withdrawal apparently I need to complete their enhanced verification check that has documents that have no bearing on the withdrawal.
Every single person that works for this company should be ashamed.

Everything worked very smoothly and within 24hours of speaking to their helpline... account was verified via hooyo and my account credited with my withdrawal.... so a little surprised at all the negativity

False promises and crafty barstools.
Sending email to confirm verification but never received.
Told me 4 times on live chat that it's on its way and to check junk.
Rang them and spoke to staff to be told the same again.
Well, funny how my deposit emails were in straight away as soon as the money left my bank.
Verification needed to withdraw money but no need to verify to accept money.
All for themselves.
Take your money elsewhere and hopefully you win and get paid straight away.

This lot are completely inept, I would be willing to state, in writing, and stand by my averments in a court of law, in that, they are dishonest, i have had 4 games mysteriously break in less than a week - all where i had significant advantage - i.e. i had 4 of a kind in my hand from the off in Slingo Showdown, game mysteriously resets and i am told i might get stake back eventually but i will not be returned to the game position I had. Avoid, the gambling comission state you can't hold people winnings pending documentation, this company seem to think they can, i have sent proof of not receiving emails to send tax/bank statements only to verify my account, i contacted live support who advised they would not release winnings and would send email which they did after i action withdraw, again i sent them screen shots of all my emails and trash received from the date they said they sent. i sent a complaint which they failed to respond to over 10 days ago. I have used other site and told withdrawls can't be held pending docs. this site still take deposits to profit there own business

I played roulette on this platform at the end of December. My deposit was accepted very readily and having played and won, I checked out and requested my withdrawal. I have still not received my money, and demands for bank statements, tax returns and many other documents are now arriving in an endless stream, but still no sign of my withdrawal. I will eventually get this withdrawal, no matter what it takes, but my advice would be to steer clear of this operator, they take deposits easily but create huge barriers when you request a withdrawal.

Your deposit had to be over £20 it let me deposit then over half the games were under maintenance then when i tried to withdraw was told i could not do this as i had not wagered. I've found that this site is clean, no bonus as the casinos name says, very less laggy than other L&L sites great website layout.

Managed to deposit £1000 and withdraw £2400, sent off documents to be verified, they are usually fast.
Only downside to the site some games crash having to reload a few times.

It would get 5 stars IF they had KYC uploads on the website rather than having to verify by email which does take a little longer, the games didn't crash as often and live chat was 24/7 It would be the perfect site to play on.
