No Bra Clique first launched in 2019 whilst I was still working my then full time job for a luxury brand. Whilst working there, I noticed a big gap in the market for luxury and affordable everyday wear. I wanted to create a brand with luxury fabrics and fits but at a more affordable price point. The name, No Bra Clique represents style and quality: I wanted to bring comfort staples into consumers lives, where they can feel happy in their comfort zone whilst staying stylish - that lovely relief of taking your bra off at the end of the day is the same felling you get wearing my tracksuits!

bad experience

Ordered a Terry towelling set, took several weeks to come which was no problem company explained it was due to issues with shipping. Order arrived and did not fit, requested a refund via email which was denied as I “have gone past the return date” I hadn’t. After waiting days for a reply each time I emailed I was told I could send it back. I sent it back that night posted with Evri and made sure it was returned correctly. I posted the item on the 07/05/26 the item was delivered on 09/05/2026 back to the seller. I am still awaiting a refund, I have had no contact stating the item has been received or even if the refund is in progress. Customer service from this company is awful.

If we receive returns we respond straight away within the window of return, we are a small team and respond to all emails and DM’s as quickly as we can within 48 hours each time. Ordered twice off this site and both…

Ordered twice off this site and both times never received item I had to report to my bank on both occasions for my refund.. the second time they tried to dispute this even with evidence provided, horrible experience which I should off heeded after the first mistake, would recommend to avoid altogether

Bought two hoodies only one got refunded even though I’ve emailed numerous times and had no reply, worst customer service I’ve ever received!

Really disappointed

Really disappointed as I had heard so much about NBC. Ordered two hoodies end of November only one arrived beginning of December. Still waiting for the other one. They have informed me the other one will arrive before Christmas but communication is poor aswell.

Order not received

I placed an order for a Christmas present - order number 7275 and have not received the Order. I have emailed 3 times and had no reply! Feel my only option is to report as fraud/ scam company
