They harass their VIP customers. My AC was serviced on March 14, 2026, and I was charged ₹4,600. After 15 days, the same problem occurred—no cooling. Their technician came again on March 31, 2026, , they asked for more money to repair an issue that had already been charged for before. Don't trust them

NoBroker outsourced my entire move to a third-party vendor called Daksh Cargo (📞 +91 95131 33001) — without proper vetting, without insurance, and without any valuation coverage for my belongings. I was never informed about this, nor did I consent to handing my possessions to an unverified operator.

Here is exactly what happened:

🚨 Fraudulent Overcharging: A member of the Daksh Cargo crew called me demanding ₹6,000 in extra charges — impersonating a NoBroker representative. My own NoBroker RM confirmed that NO additional amount was owed as per the updated inventory on the app. This was a deliberate attempt to extort money.

😤 Evasive & Suspicious Behavior: When I refused to pay, the crew became evasive and rushed to leave with my belongings. I was compelled to let them go only because I had a NoBroker painting appointment that required my flat to be vacated — a situation they clearly exploited.

⏰ 3-Hour Delay, No Notice: The crew arrived 3 hours late with zero communication or apology.

📵 Unreachable After Taking My Belongings: Since leaving with my luggage, Daksh Cargo (+91 95131 33001) has been completely unresponsive. I have no idea where my belongings are or whether they are safe.

🔴 THE REAL PROBLEM — NOBROKER'S SYSTEM FAILURE:

NoBroker, you cannot simply outsource to vendors like Daksh Cargo and wash your hands of responsibility. There is a critical gap in your process:

• No NoBroker representative was present during packing or loading to inspect goods, verify charges, or ensure customer safety.
• The vendor has no insurance or valuation coverage — meaning if my belongings are damaged or lost, I have zero recourse.
• There is no mechanism to prevent outsourced crews from impersonating NoBroker staff and demanding unauthorized payments.
• There is no accountability when these vendors go silent after taking a customer's possessions.

A NoBroker supervisor MUST be physically present — or at minimum actively reachable — during every move to prevent exactly this kind of exploitation.

I am formally demanding:
✅ Immediate update on the status and location of my belongings
✅ Written confirmation of the exact second installment amount with a secure payment link
✅ Full compensation for the distress, delay, and risk caused by your unvetted vendor
✅ A formal investigation into Daksh Cargo's conduct

NoBroker, you collected my money, you assigned the vendor — you are responsible. Fix your system and make this right.

I availed the freedom plan to rent out my property at Bangalore. A Relationship Manager (Swanditha Mogili) was assigned and I received a good support from her. She helped me to identify prospective tenants and also fixed regular appointments for property viewing. I am happy that a tenant is finalized within a week of the posting. Cheating company, They give false promise, take your money and do not follow the contract. They terminate the contract without notifying clients and do not return their money back. When I escalted on instagram and no broker team they only send an apology email but do not come to a solution who they will service the client back with the money we have invested

Everything about no broker property services is a lie and fraudulent. It’s a fraud company with fraud field agents who never show the property to any tenants and constantly lie. The fraud field agent is well supported in his misadventures and lies by the relationship manager who corroborates the blatant lies told by the field agent. Multiple times we caught the lies of Chinmaye the field agent in Kharadi Pune and the RM khushi Singh but to no use. We took the premium plan for rental services for our commercial property in Gera world of joy in upper Kharadi Pune and after 10 days the field agent Chinmaye calls me and tells me the keys to my shop isn’t working and he needs me to come down! I was in office so arranged for a friendly neighbouring shop owner to go check and he found the field agent was trying to open another shop on a completely different floor! This means he hadnt even visited my shop for the 10 days after I’d taken the plan. Escalating to the RM fell on deaf ears and after a week this field agent’s boss called me and apologised and ‘understood’ the problem. But nothing changed and we got zero leads, zero photos and videos taken by the field agent Chinmaye Abd all the while the RM khushi Singh kept calling me with random updates but no clear leads. The 45 days of the plan ended and they offered me a month’s extension at half price which I took. But the story continued and the 2+ month period ended with no result even though we kept reducing our rental ask. I highly doubt the field agent Chinmaye showed our property at all to any prospective tenants. I have since then complained to No Broker owner services without any use. FYI, I have sold my Bangalore property worth ₹1.5 crores back in 2023 thru No broker and prior to that had the property put on rent by NoBroker itself. I’ve also availed their painting and cleaning services in Bangalore and in Pune for my other shop. So this post isn’t a rant from a frivolous angry owner but from a serious owner who have availed No Broker services successfully in the past. I’m not sure if they are such fraud only in Pune or the whole company has gone to the dogs. Very very unhappy

Shitty app, please dont use it . I had a table and chair broken , i have raised the compaint astleast twenty time s, they just ask yiu a few questions and cut the call , they asked me to fill a form too which they are now saying i didnt fill , i filled the form 3 times exactly. No one calls no kne texts what is going on with this app?

The experience would have been really great if there weren't so many executives attached. Received too many calls from different executives which caused miscommunication. But finally things worked out. More than one client at the property at the same time,gave a feeling of auction. That was not a good feeling.

They schedule visits and never turn up. Brokers cut calls when we have already reached the venue. Will never recommend. It's a scam

As a tenant, I’m very satisfied with the support provided by the NoBroker Property Manager, Shaik Nowshad Basha. While managing the apartment in Pune , he was very dedicated and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. One of the best things about him is his quick response – he is always available to listen to concerns and takes proactive steps to solve any issues that come up. His support made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable.

Syed is a very positive, professional and helpful person. He is very sensitive to client's requirements and goes out of the way to help them.

Cost of property is not worth what am paying,the commitment to remove the furniture by owner has been breached.

There are very nice and big promises till you pay the amount. Once amount is paid you are left ypur own for the followups. Just money minded peoples who onces paid will look into ways to extract more money from you. I took khata Bundle package 3 months gone still not a single paper recieved. Don't know about others how genuine are they but for me you can see the attached screenshots.
