I ordered a pair of knee pads and then didn't hear from them. I finally emailed them to ask what was going on. I got an immediate reply from them explaining there was a computer glitch and the order hadn't gone through. Raino from NoCry said he'd expedite the order and I indeed got it 3 days later. I was also offered a free return if I needed it. However, I am happy with them and with the service I received.

I believe this was my third purchase. I needed a more protective pair of glasses to help keep debris from entering the sides. Would have purchased the goggles, but did not see any tinted ones. After placing by order, I noticed that it was the wrong color. I immediately sent an email to Customer Care and they responded quickly and sent me what I wanted. This is a great Company that offers great products at a fair price. They are not happy unless your satisfied.

Beyond amazing customer service!
I ordered two different styles of some knee pads for gardening for my husband as a gift and needed to return one of them. There wasnt' anything wrong with the product, they were just a bit more heavy duty than needed. I reached out to NoCry to inquire about a return and the owner of the company emailed me back personally to let me know that I would be fully refunded and that I didn't need to return the product. My husband and I are not only impressed with the quality of the products but we are amazed and grateful for the graciousness, generosity and integrity of the owner and company. NoCry is Awesome
Besides the fact that your products are awesome. Your customer service department is outstanding. I have had a few minor problems that were immediately handled. It was a no hassle no delay process.
Currently I own knee pads, cut proof gloves and the apron. I originally bought the gloves and knee pads for metal detecting, but now they do double duty in the garden. The apron has not been used much as I’ve had some medical problems and haven’t done much in the shop recently.
Over all I’m extremely happy wit NoCry!q

My experience with my order from no cry gloves was rather straightforward. Products arrived in a timely manner. I haven’t heard any complaints from our employees. Then again they have only had these gloves for a couple days. Gloves arrive in a timely manner now we wait for the actual reviews by the people that are using the gloves.
