My package from Nocta made it to the city I live in. The shipping company Nocta provided was Neho. Then the package was delayed for 2 days.On one of the tracking apps it was out for delivery in the morning of day 3. At night of day 3 the package was lost in transit. I reached out to customer service and they were investigating. I then check a different tracking app and it says there was a delivery attempted while I was at home an hour into the future. Veho customer service said to reach out to the merchant for a refund, the merchant says “Once the package leaves our facility it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control.” I got no refund. I feel like I have been scammed by two companies. Not sure how either of these companies would keep loyal customers
