You guys should be given the schister…

You guys should be given the schister award for bilking people on your website. I also thought I would order a 1 month supply and upon checking out you added another 3 month supply. Am disputing this charge on my credit card. I will do everything legally to get my money back. More people need to be aware and hopefully someone will be able to prevent you from using the internet to put your scam on it .

I wanted to try Noctivio products

On Feb 13, 2025, I was contacted by the owner.
He agreed to help me with a full refund since I was unsatisfied with the ordering process.
In light of this reversal and his willingness to stand behind his product, I wish to update my review accordingly. Thanks to the owner.

I wanted to try Noctivio products. I made a mistake ordering the nasal strips & immediately went to 'help' on their website to ask that the order be cancelled or refunded. They said they had already processed the shipment (in 2 minutes?) and didn't offer refunds. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. YOU GET NO SECOND CHANCES. (I'll make sure I post this on X, Google reviews and Facebook to warn others). I will never buy from this company again.

No stars..this company has not refunded my returned product from them nor do they call or email an answer.
Do not trust Noctivio or purchase anything from them. A scam company

Hopeful

Deceptive business operations

I cancelled my order moments after I made my purchase so my order should never have been shipped and a refund should have been issued and the sale cancelled. I’ve been told that orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped but shipment should never have occurred. Your website is full of intentional deceptions like the 365 day warranty but only the product is defective or the button to click to complete the order generating an additional purchase that is not intended. I have asked for return instructions if I receive your product, but I have been told that no returns are possible unless the product is defective or if the wrong product is delivered. Since I asked to cancel the order, the product that I receive will be the wrong product so your policy should allow a return. I’m trying to be fair but your business practices are deceitful and unprofessional. If you want to build a successful business, you won’t be able to do it with deceit. Your customers should be warned not to do business with you as you have dishonored yourselves by unprofessional practices.

Just ordered one month supply

Just ordered one month supply. I can understand how people easily ordered more when they didn’t intend to because the checkout was very confusing. I verified that it went through on my credit card because there’s no confirmation given and no email. Only a special offer to buy more. I hope it works, but it always gives me cause for concern when tactics like this are used because it conveys a lack of confidence in the product and customers re-ordering. You want to try something first before you commit to a year worth of product. It doesn’t seem like the company is Seriously considering making any changes since this feedback have been persistent for some time. Anyway, I’m hopeful that it’ll work.

Finally, a solution to snoring.

After years of trying multiple, often expensive and uncomfortable, snoring devices that don't work, Noctivio solved the problem. A simple little strip of tape over your mouth. You get a good night's sleep and let your spouse sleep in silence.

I was reluctant at first to try this…

I was reluctant at first to try this product, thinking that it was some kind of scam, but once I got it and tried it out I was sleeping so much better and not disturbing my husband as much with my snoring! I am waking up now much more rested and feeling sharper throughout the day!

Ordering system did not work properly…

Ordering system did not work properly and orders over $200 worth of product instead of $49 plus $19. Have notified company immediately and requested correction of order but no response 24 hrs then notified order shipped. Have already notified credit card company will dispute all charges unless corrected. It was Christmas. Today 29th, the owner or manager Mike contacted me to say refunds were made for items not ordered and said the ordering system allows post order orders (huh?) and states this is clearly indicated. This was not my experience! I think the website is purposely confusing and would not order again until fixed so post order cannot occur accidentally. At least I dont need to dispute the charge! This is good. Two stars on cart design, improved to three stars for delayed apology and refund.

The product is good, marketing not so good.

The product itself is good, the experience with the companies marketing techniques not as good. To try the product you have to buy a 30 day supply that is $35, they would get a lot more customers if they sent a 5 day sampler pack for $5 and let the product sell itself. I then ordered a year supply and the website tricks you into adding 3 extra months and the shipping for each is another topic altogether. Again the product is good but their marketing and sales techniques can be improved.

Before Noctivio,I slept alone

Before Noctivio, my nocturnal mouth noises drove my dear wife to another bedroom. Even still using my CPAP with easy-to apply Noctivio strips, we both now sleep soundly and soundlessly. Thanks a million Noctivio!

I had tried silk tape to keep my mouth…

I had tried silk tape to keep my mouth closed at night for snoring and dry mouth. It gave a suffocating feeling. and the tape caused a burning rash on my face. Then someone recommended Noctivo mouth tape. And it checked all the boxes! I never wake with irritation on my face. I also like that if I have to peel the tape up during the night, I can stick the tape back without any problems
