I love the sleepware, it was a quality fabric and was delivered super fast. Despite people saying that it falls apart after one wash, I wash it 24 times a day and mine is still perfect xx

Absolutely rediculous company....firstly they don't do returns and exchanges....the fit is really bad....the product quality is really bad....material fades and shrinks after first wash.....Scamsters

Haven’t received order (Mondgo), hasn’t even been shipped.

I like the product.its cozy n comfy. Got the delivery within 4 day. I don't know why there has bn this huge fuss here..reviews here had scared me initially, but my experiance was excellent. Will definitely buy again

Very slow delivery, held up by customs for additional tax. Just received a bizarre message that my order has been destroyed! Waiting for Noctur to reply,

Google Baubax. The owners of this company keep scamming and opening new brands like Mondgo and Noctur without delivering the items. It’s incredible they keep going. Basically, what you buy from here funds the ads for their next scam campaign. I’ve yet to see someone who received their sleepwear and I’ve been trying to get my order/refund/chargeback since 2022. They close down their old companies and we’re unable to report them anymore.

Okay, so contrary to other reviews, I did in fact receive my products but man, they are of such poor quality. They fell apart before their first wash. Flimsy crap.

SCAM - stay away at all cost. This company has lied and not fulfilled promise to provide what I paid for. I know now that I’ve been scammed and there is nothing I can do. The only compensation is to warn others not to fall into the same trap.

This company, formally known as Mondgo, is almost certainly a scam. Check their former Kickstarter project (Mondgo Smart Sleepwear) and you'll see that you will will not see anything that you order from them.

Like many others, I was scammed by these people. Please do not waste your money.

They are scammer who scammed hundreds of people on Kickstarter! Don't buy there.

This is the same company as the one called Mondgo on this site, probably got too many bad reviews impacting their scamming. They ghost you after payment, and send vague excuses and random pictures every other month when you inquire about shipment. It NEVER arrives. No photo evidence can be found on the internet of anyone ever recieving one. Positive reviews are fake.

Scammers selling products when they have not delivered on the kickstarters projects from 2021. No updates, not answering complains. They rebranded from Mondgo to Noctur but it’s the exact same marketing advertisement (same images and models) and products.
Absolute disgrace.

All the positive reviews are fakes since 1730 people (including myself) backed Noctur (aka Mondgo), and we were promised delivery in April 2022. The last update of the sleepwear finally in production was October 6, 2023, with empty promises of delivery 'soon.' Then they ghosted us. There has been no response to comments, emails, or messages since. There have been no updates; they have been selling the sleepwear we already paid for to new people through their website. Scammers to the max. Do NOT trust Noctur or Mondgo - or whatever iteration they choose to create later

Before you read the positive reviews, I encourage you to take a look at the Kickstarter campaign for this project (search “Mondgo”).

Although the campaign successfully raised nearly $300k USD, it failed to deliver any products to its backers. The new management has done nothing to rectify the situation, merely rebranding the company and selling the product to the public under a new name.

Do not trust their company as they (before they rebranded; they were called Mondgo) scammed all kickstarter backers by never sending them anything, despite the products eventually going to market.
Just see the comments of us backers for yourself (search for "kickstarter"and "mondgo"). They didn't even bother giving us any further updates since Oct 2023 (over a year ago).

DO NOT TRUST NOCTUR! These people are scammers. They went by the name Mondgo on Kickstarter, look them up and read the comments if you don’t believe me. We backed their project years ago and they ghosted us. Do the right thing and deliver on your Kickstarter Mondgo or Noctur or whatever name you’ll be rebranding to next because we won’t forget.

This company screwed all of the Kickstarter backers. It speaks wonders to their ethics and how much they value (or don’t) customers.

Absolutely horrible.
