Consistent communication and transparency. I honestly know HOW to set up modded servers, but I didn't want to deal with it on this one. I really appreciated the professionalism and consistent communication when coming to certain bumps along the path.

Genuinely the best customer service of ANY service I've ever used. Not just for game servers. I mean in general. It feels like they actually care about and are invested in their customers' experiences. Beyond that, the service is solid, the UI is clean, and they have a wide selection of options.

I was happy with this hosting I used for Rust for 3 days (São Paulo, Brazil). The hardware and control panel were worth the price.

But on the third day, DDoS attacks started. These attacks would cause the server to shut down. I'd turn it back on, and almost instantly the same thing would happen.

They claim to have DDoS protection at the node level, but not at the game server level. They recommend using third-party services like TCP Shield, but this comes at an extra cost and isn't cheap.

I went back to my old hosting provider, which, although it has worse hardware, at least has DDoS protection.

The only reason for the 3-star rating is that they gave me a refund. Another thing: their support isn't always available.

Answered my question in a timely manner. Also very helpful. Used emojis to show that there's a person behind the screen. Very patient as well.

Brilliant staff, but not always available to UK customers. but that ok because when they are available they are incredible.

Server prices are a bit much

The hosting service and dashboard were easy to use and the server itself ran smooth. I actually ended up not needing Nodecraft’s hosting service at the moment as I solved the issues I was having before with playing modded Terraria with my friends, and I requested a refund which they very quickly accepted. Great servers and customer service.

Cameron was quick to help me out and support me even though i was super nervous. Solved all my problems quick and easy! I appreciate everything they did :D

I had 2 servers for quite a few months and Nodecraft was exceptional the whole time. Service is great and support is incredible. Can't recommend more

The customer service has so far been fantastic. I think you can charge more for the setups and mention additional support for adjustments. It was super helpful.
