Easy ordering system with regular specific updates from NMC and the delivery company. I have ordered the same item from the company before and, once again, item exactly as expected and well packaged. I ordered online on Saturday evening and the ceiling rose was delivered on the Monday - excellent service

Great product and we’ve got away with not painting it as primed…if they can continue to provide primed and ensure very even colour or have a no paint white variant it would be the only way to top it..so pleased we could use it as is for our pod project! Was originally looking at large quarter quadrant which sadly isn’t available in uk but happy too with choice made.

Bought several ceiling roses, beautiful and detailed. Prompt service every time

A great product ... some items are a little expensive but worth the look and finish one gets in the end..it has the wow factor for a Victorian house .. a few damage items but nothing bad enough we could not work around!

Great ceiling rose arrived in a couple of days even though on website it’s says 3 to 5 days, came intact and is very smart. Good service all round.

Bought a ceiling rose.
Only problem was that the size of the rose wasn’t clear on the basic description of the rose. Given that size would be THE most important criterion for most people, this was surprising. It meant that you had to open every rose that looked about right, then open ‘additional information.’
The code numbers looked as though they may indicate size - but no.
The size(s) could easily be shown by the photograph.
Other than that, everything worked like clockwork, and a perfect quality ceiling rose arrived before it was due in good packaging.

Slight problem with credit card payment and I suggest they take note and act upon the recent changes in online payments
