I had ordered my EV so needed a charger installing and these keep appearing in sponsored ads on social media. I filled in their survey, but several days later no quote, phoned them a few times over the next few weeks trying to get a quote and each time was told it would be over soon - people on phone we’re quite rude and abrupt. In the end I gave up and now 6 weeks or so later they have still never even quoted me. Why pay for all those ads when you are clearly not interested in the work. Very strange.

Absolutely 5 star service throughout from NFN. The engineer was punctual and friendly throughout. The overall install took just under three hours and he made a point of fully familiarising me with the charger and the app prior to leaving as well as ensuring that my i3 without any difficulties. This was their first Zappi charger install but it went without any difficulties so would firmly recommend anyone consider an electric car charger installation to use No Fuel Needed.

After chasing for 3 weeks for an install date, then chasing Western Power on their behalf because they were too incompetent to be able to do it themselves, they tell me the directors have pulled out and they can't install any domestic chargers now. If they ever start again avoid them. I'm pretty sure its a 2 man band operating out of a sublet office because I always spoke to the same 2 people whenever I called

Did exactly what they said they would. Contacted a number of companies, some got back to be, lots didnt. The guys at NoFuelNeeded (saw them on a Facebook ad) came back straight away, Price was the best, booked the install asked for as early in the day as possible. John their fitter arrived at 7.50am! all the way from Liverpool (140 mile journey). Fitted, done, dusted. Would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant experience from the first call to quote to the final payment. Can’t fault them at all! The whole team was extremely polite and I couldn't be happier with my charger and the quality of the finish. The installer (forgotten your name, sorry!) made sure everything was left clean and tidy.

Could not recommend these guys any more if I tried. If I move house, I’ll be in touch to fit a new one with No Fuel Needed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. Installed exactly where I wanted and were more than happy to talk me through the app.

Having looked around and been quoted considerably more for the Wallbox EV charger and installation I was slightly wary of the great quote No Fuel Needed sent me. I definitely shouldn't have worried though as the engineer, John, who arrived on time, did a great job fitting the box, ensuring our fuse box was compliant and showing me how to set up the charger and use it through the app.
John was a conscientious, friendly engineer and cleared up after the job was done.
Definitely would recommend!

A wonderful job carried out with care.
The team installed a car charging point on the side of my house, exactly where I wanted it, which was quite possibly the most inconvenient place.
Their flexibility and professionalism ensured I was left with a device I understood and a clean and tidy space, inside and out.

What a great job Terry and Jonny did. Arrived on time, explained what needed doing and explained how the charger worked.

Fantastic they were prepared to route the cable where I wanted, even though it was not the easiest route. Too many other companies didn't want to know when I explained what was needed.
