Disastrous Alarm Installation and Maintenance

We hired B&W to install a central alarm system in our small block, along with a maintenance contract. Unfortunately, the alarm stopped working in October—three months ago—and has been emitting a constant loud beeping ever since. Despite numerous emails and calls pleading for a resolution, their response has been completely inadequate.

They’ve sent a couple of technicians who spent barely ten minutes on-site, reset the system, and left without addressing the root cause. Their lack of care or interest in resolving the issue is appalling.

The continuous beeping has severely disrupted our lives—one resident has even lost her tenants and cannot find replacements under these conditions. I deeply regret ever engaging with B&W and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Best and Quality

It is an honor to work with Black and white because they recruite professionals and their training are upto date, religion sex or race is not a problem because they believe in your potentials not your color or race, their carers and support workers are well trained and flexible and they do provide quality care to their clients. I will recommend black and white to others with all the good qualities care they can provide

Black and White Taxis ??? Refund I got $25 refund from Black and White it took so long because big Xmas so thanks for that

I have to explain we in Perth get vouchers we pay and the Government pays the other half
I had to go to IPhone in Perth on Thursday I got Swan Taxis they gave me receipt for $22.26 I ended up going back by Bus as it turned the IPhone was still giving me trouble so I got another Appointment for Saturday about the same time got the phone fixed I walked outside there was a small Taxi Rank I got one and went home the driver had to come out of his Taxi to give me my Vouchers Book no Receipt was give he just took of I later found out that he had charged me double when I checked my Credit Card Statement it $42.95 100 % more than the other Company for the same Distance I have contacted The Department of Transport about this so far nothing I realise it was before and after the New Year .

So I tell People if you A Taxi Take. Photo of the Taxi and his Number

Lucky for me I have CCTV and got his License Plate and a photo of him
