Bought a Portable Oxygen concentrator and it always had the alarm go off. I called them to complain and requested a return and refund and was told I could not return it because of Covid-19. It is junk and now I am down $1895.00. They are crooks and no wonder they rate a F rating from BBB!

Worst transaction I've had in twenty years!!!!!! They don't care about customer satisfaction, or returns. YOU pay to return AND they charge 20% for the privilege!! Be EXTREMELY SURE you have the right item when you order or they will stick it to you. Go to e-bay or Amazon and stay away from here!!!!!!

I recently needed to purchase a Bi-Pap machine. This was the only company to stock the machine that I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day. I will buy my supplies and any other medical devices from them.

Nick was fantastic, service was unbelievable. I was in a jam away from home without my CPAP equipment. I needed equipment urgently and he helped expedite and get the equipment within a few hours on a busy Friday evening at rush hour. I am blown away at this level of service! My vacation to the shore for the weekend would have been ruined without a CPAP. Thanks much Nick!

Nick answered all my questions. Even suggested a brand new Airsense 11 by Resmed CPAP machine. It was a great deal and told me what bundles go with it. I asked for next day shipping. My equipment came all nice and packed the next day. Was the easiest purchase ever for my CPAP needs. Great service. Great price. And Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was looking for a CPAP machine for the first time and Nick was very helpful and patient both through chat and over the phone in explaining the different options, how to maintain and use the equipment, and the policies of the store. He helped place my order, the supplies were delivered promptly and it has noticeably helped with my sleep apnea.

I recently made several large purchases from Nick at No Insurance. Nick was able to expedite payment and shipping of my product extremely well and was great to deal with. Mr. Taylor,
We looked into your order as well as all email correspondence and phone calls with the sales rep you have repeatedly dealt with before this was escalated to Jeanette.
Jeanette processed your warranty claim by sending you a replacement instead of making you wait months for the product to be fixed and that somehow was a problem for you.
We ask that if you are going to write a review to at least be honest.
Your warranty was technically voided by you sending the unit out of the country but our company still helped you and honored your US warranty and facilitated the RMA process for you.
You repeatedly emailed demanding your unit while we waited to for your replacement to arrive and we shipped your replacement but then you demanded a refund.
You were then advised that we do not issue refunds on RMA units but Jeanette made an exception and stated she would issue you a refund minus our standard 20% restocking fee. Which still was an issue for you so now you are trying to slander Jeanette as well as our company. Your refund has been issued minus the restocking fee and our business is now concluded. Please crease and desist all slanderous communications regarding our company and employees as they are all falsities.
