Real people answered phones…

Real people answered phones expeditiously, answered questions frankly, provided accurate information. Product was as described, price was unbeatable. Great vendor...recommend to anyone.

Did not have the concentrator I wanted

Did not have the concentrator I wanted. Received a call advising it was not available. However they did send a different model which was a little bigger and is a bit more noisy but does the job. I gave them a 3 because it took a while to get the concentrator delivered.

Never received item that I ordered. I called the company and they offered no resolution to the problem. Not very nice about it either.

We are sorry that you had an issue with your orders delivery. However, when you called into our office we did advise you that your orders tracking states that your order was delivered 2 weeks ago and therefore you would have to make a claim with your local post office. Once an order is marked delivered an issue has to be addresses with the shipping company.

machine alarmed 1-30 sat. night amber light was on not pumping oxygen got up turned it off for 5 minutes turned it back on worked monday morning at 7-30 same thing agine this is begining to worry me

The personnel on the phone was…

The personnel on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous and patient. The product arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. The kink resistant and non memory oxygen tubing is performing as described, beyond my expectations, and I am delighted with this product. Thank you and keep up the good work!!
