I have purchased 2 of the Aroma…
I have purchased 2 of the Aroma defusers and they have been the best defusers I have used. I had an issue with one of them after 8 months of constant use. I contacted Liam from customer services and he was very helpful. He taked me through what the issue may be. I followed the guidance I was given and the defuser is working great again. Can’t recommend highly enough Noir, especially Liam in their customer services dept, I bought a car diffuser and a few bottles of different scents, it worked great but after changing scent I noticed a problem with the diffuser, there wasn’t much scent coming out of it as usual, I contacted Liam and he was spot on with what he told me to do, there’s a small rubber grommet where it takes in air, he suggested I carefully pull it out and clean which I did, it’s now as good as new, this car air diffuser is the best I’ve owned in over 40 years and the credo scent is 10 out of 10 and lasts ages, any problems I know Liam will answer and try and sort it out but I ,must admit I would of purchased another diffuser from Noir had we not been able to sort it out because I’m that impressed with it, I can’t recommend the diffuser or Liam in customer service enough

I bought a rechargeable car diffuser from this company before my new car even arrived. It worked for exactly one month, but then it suddenly died. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they’d send a replacement. However, the replacement that arrived was clearly used and dirty. When I complained, they actually claimed they "tested it" to ensure it worked! Since I had paid a lot for it, I reluctantly gave the used unit a chance. Guess what? It stopped working after just 20 days. It was a complete waste of both time and money. Avoid this brand at all costs.

Purchased around 20 car fragrances and they are all absolutely amazing! They all smell so good and look very expensive. My favourite so far is Chanel Bleu but I also like the million and savage. I had a small issue on one of them however, the service was phenomenal and they went the extra mile to ensure it was all rectified. Highly recommend if you want luxurious look and smell in your car. I bought for family and friends and they all loved it.

Superb Customer Service
My son bought me a Noir Aroma Diffuser for Christmas and it had been working great in our car. Recently I noticed that no mist or scent was being produced and thought the bottle was empty, but it was still half full. I ran the alcohol cleaner, but still nothing. I then contacted customer service and Liam requested a short video showing the problem. After seeing my video he suggested the unit be returned for inspection, but I wasn't in a position to send it back as I was going away for an extended break. I was sure that it was the mist head that was the problem as the pump was running fine. So I asked Liam if I could purchase a new head. The same day I received an email from Liam stating that he had sourced one and it would be posted free of charge. I am delighted with the outcome and look forward to receiving the new mist head and enjoying that lovely Aroma again in our car. Thanks again Liam and the Noir team. 5 star service.
