My bracelets broke multiple times
My bracelets broke multiple times, in all cases the product is seemingly not durable at all. The customer service department did offer me a coupon, which I used but also my replacement bracelet broke within 3 weeks. I have had this happen now with 4 (!!) different products.

I had a great experience with customer service, which provided helpful and friendly assistance. Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged and broke quite quickly. However, after I reported the issue, they examined the defect and replaced the broken item without hesitation.
