Can you please tell your truck drivers to speed up a bit I see comments here about being 3-6 hours late well I have the answer for you lads the truck drivers do about 30mph everywhere even if the zone is 60mph the do half of it for no reason, they are the reason in my area at 5 o clock there’s over mile long tailback because the driver is doing 30 and won’t even go 50, every other truck on that road does the speed limit why is it only Nolan’s that cause a pile of unnecessary traffic every single evening, please tell them to wise up and speed up a bit it’s beyond a joke at this stage and is dangerous

I completed their enquiry form and after waiting 2 days without response I decided to contact them by phone as I now was in urgent need of an answer.
The phone was answered promptly but the staff member was unable to help and asked me to repeat my enquiry by email and assured me that it would be dealt with straight away.
After waiting most of that day I chased this once again as I knew that the office would be closing soon. Despite assurances that someone would return my call no one did.
As a result I myself is unable to complete a job that requires transport.
Why on earth do they have a fancy website when they have neither the manners or competence to reply to the enquiry. It only takes a few minutes to reply and state that they are neither able or willing to quote and then I can look elsewhere without wasting several days.
Thank goodness I wasn't having to chase them for a late or missing delivery.
Honestly save your time and look elsewhere.

Seen a worse than average, obviously extremely poorly trained, downright dangerous trucker of this firm's vehicle, An evil hazard to others he was.
