Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at our Bath showroom.

Your concerns were escalated to management when raised previously and the deposit has now been fully returned. In some cases, refunds can take a little longer to process due to internal payment and compliance checks, but we appreciate your patience while this was completed.

We always aim to be transparent and provide a positive experience for everyone visiting our showroom, and we’re sorry that this situation caused frustration. We wish you all the best with your kitchen project moving forward.
