Noly London 

Very poor quality item and then couldn't return it because I had to pay for postage which I was willing to do but as it needed sending to China I needed to add customs info which Noly never provided despite asking several times. Their customer service is shocking. Don't bother buying from them.

The item arrived. It was not only not as described or pictured, it was gigantic and of poor quality. I have emailed the company and had no response and had the emails bounce back as undelivered. These are not reputable. Do not use. I have been unable to reach the company for over a month.

Awful sizing. Cheap quality. Returns are to China so expensive even when item is faulty

Awful company awful customer service no address to return to you have to email them I’ve sent 5 emails and left various messages on their chats I sent for 2 dresses awful quality zip didn’t work on one nothing like photo on website cheap nasty company !
Wish I had read reviews on here . Why are they still trading and taking peoples hard earned money ???? Where can we all complain about this company it’s just not on to con people like this .

terrible quality, late delivery, almost 3 weeks and impossible to return unless the consumer pays for the return to Asia.

have been trying to return a awful dress back for over 4 weeks.I sent pictures and still had no reply.the zip doesn’t work and there’s loose threads everywhere.can you please help me with this

Terrible quality! Arrived after 20 days when stated it would be 7-14! When asked about a refund I have been ignored. DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had read reviews. Trainers arrived 1 weeks late - nice but at least 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. Offered me 10% back or return at my cost. Then said they would send me something of equal value -and let me know when it was shipped - now ignoring all correspondence and site not available.

I wish I had read the reviews. Dress arrived 2 weeks later . I don’t like it all,screwed up in bag . No returns forms website has gone down I’ve sent them over ten emails via first contact about delivery and Instagram, no reply . Now left with a dress that I can’t return . LEAVE WELL ALONE WHY ARE THEY STILL TRADING .

I ordered what I believed to be a very nice pale pink dress It stated it had been £70.99 and was now 34.99
The dress arrived about 2 weeks later. It was a dirty beige colour and very cheaply made.
I sent many emails requesting a PALE PINK dress to be sent to me, and suggested that I should not have to pay for shipping as it was THEIR FAULT. I got replies offering me 10% off dress!! After about 12 further emails I
Realised there was no way they were going to drop the shipping fee, I went to post the parcel expecting it to be £10 charge( as suggested on their returns) it was going to cost £25 with a tracking which was needed they said to give me a refund !!!! No way was I paying this so I contacted them again but now I get no response at all.
DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
You will get rubbish customer service and awful quality of goods.

Why do I never learn!! I’m always sucked in by fancy dresses advertised on Facebook ..this one took 3 weeks to get here and looks a bit like the one advertised, I don’t mind it but could have got the exact same one for half the price from shien!! Will I buy again? Probably

Ordered a dress for occasion back 9/6/24 never received they said it had been delivered but couldn’t tell me where or to who I live in sheltered housing and no one had it and the building is secure then when complained they said it was on way ilits now bearing end July no dress they keep saying to return dress how in earth can I do that if never received they have now decided to let me have in store voucher or 25% refund not good enough occasion was back weeks ago still no dress no details about where it was delivered and no money back I am oap so the refund was needed to go elsewhere for dress for occasion please if anybody uses this company take note of not just my experience but others on this site disgusting would never use them again and would never suggest anybody did

I ordered two dresses from here neither were like the pictures and I could have got them myself from eBay from china for a fraction of the price. Then to have a refund was such a performance, I had to return to china which was going to cost just as much. They said they would refund me money and they still haven’t. I’m fuming

I have just received the dress I ordered. The description said it was made from premium Italian fabric, but it is 100% polyester. 
The stitching on the bottom of the dress is white, against the green and in the photos on the website I presume it is green as you cannot see any white.
The belt is damaged, it has marks on it that are not meant to be there. The belt in the photo on the website has a border that goes all the way around it, and the belt I received didn't got this.
On the website photos the buttons on the front of the dress are concealed by fabric over them to hide them, but the dress I received has clear plastic buttons showing.
The cuffs on the dress on the website have four buttons on each cuff, the dress I have received has only two buttons on each cuff with badly stitched buttonholes, making the cuff not fit properly against the skin.
I needed this dress for a wedding. I did not receive what I paid for and what was advertised. I feel like I have been conned as their website look very sophisticated and elegant and the photos are different to what I thought I was buying.
Customer service is a joke. I emailed Noly London explaining all of the above and this is the response I got;

I got zero apology for the time and money wasted, the false advertising and the lies on the description of the dress. The dress is the worst quality

I ordered some jeans from this website and it clearly stated the material was denim.. when they eventually turned up after nearly a month later I couldn't believe what they had sent... a pair of nylon/ polyester trousers... absolutely nothing like the description..so I asked for a return slip to get a refund but this company doesn't issue refunds unless you send them to Asia and pay £10? Stay clear of this company it's a scam
