Help! I ordered a carpet which arrived in a wet package (not Nomad33s fault) and smelled so bad that we have had to leave it to air in the garage for a week. It still smells so bad that we cannot have it in the house. Additionally, it is not the same colour as the picture on the website. I could accept nuance differences but the carpet has pink tones instead of neutral green/gold tones.
I have been trying to contact Nomad33 for 2 days now by email, and finally tried the phone numbers on the website. None of them work. I am very concerned about the seriousness of this business.
Update-Dec 16th. Nomad33 has answered my message here but still has yet to respond to my (multiple) emails, or, offer a solution. The smell of the carpet is NOT because it was wet- it has a very strong chemical smell that doesn't go away. I want to return this carpet, but, there is no information in the package, or on the website with a return address or process. And, no one answers the telephone when I call the numbers listed on the website. Nomad33-since you want to speak to me on Trustpilot only- facilitate a return for me~!!!

1st we are sorry to know that you received your rug wet, we recommend you to dry your rug under the sun for few days and the smell problem will be solved. Please also refer to our blog for other options to handle this issue.
2nd we are so surprised that you find a color difference between the pictures and the rug, as we make all our shooting under natural white light, and we never modify the colors on the pictures. We think the color change was because of the liquid it was exposed to.

Rug arrived smelling like mold and pee, tried to contact the company and could not get through.

Beautiful but smelly
The carpet arrived quickly which was great. I had not been prepared to pay for customs though... It looks pretty much the same as in the pictures. I would have been happy about it but there is a horrible smell. I don't know what it is but maybe some kind of repellent? It is not possible to take the carpet into the house. It has been outside now for 2 days but it still hasn't aired enough.

I purchased a rug
I purchased a rug. Unfortunately, the rug was broken. The shop offered other solution however, size was different. I cancelled the order and the shop refunded me. All within a week. Great communication! Reliable seller! Thank you

SHEDS!!
The rug is pretty and the service was great. However the rug sheds a TON. Upon opening it, I've filled my vacuum 3x and it shows no signs of letting up. I would not purchase again due to this.
