The quality is great, but the customer service is non existent.

I ordered multiple items but for one hoodie the colours were off.

I wrote three messages (two e-mails and one message via their contact form on the website), so that we are able to talk about a possible solution for it, but I haven't received an answer.

It's been 2 month since then and I am really disappointed.

The products themself are great though, but if you have an issue with any of the products you are on your own then.

My overall experience with Nomad complex was good it takes a while for things to ship and arrive on average it takes about a week to receive my stuff. also expect some delay with their customer support it takes them about 2-3 days for them to get back to you.

Came super fast and the prints are really high quality, highly recommend!

Sizes are way to big. I guess because Canadians/Americans are just bigger. Also received wrong kind of Hoodie. Sending back was way to expensive so now I'm stuck with super expensive clothing which doesn't fit me and even was delivered wrong. On request they said "the option you bought, and even was on the invoice written down, was never sold"

So big thumbs down

*UPDATE* Nomad Complex did send a replacement t-shirt but didn't get an email response. Replacement is all good like the other five so happy. Changed review score to reflect this.

I've wanted to treat myself to t-shirts from this site for a while as I love the designs. I've recently been able to get t shirts in my size and ordered six. Took awhile as shipped from the states which I expected, when they arrived they where great, good fit excellent design.

However one T-shirt had holes in it, I sent an email to their support showing pictures of the hole and asking if it was possible to get a replace, got no reply. After a week I sent another email. Its been over two weeks at this point, and no communication at all.

This has been really disappointing as I want to be able to recommend them. But on the fact damaged goods where sent and then when asked for help with it I just got silence is disappointing.

Shipping times to the UK a bit slow but can't blame that on the seller - great experience otherwise and love the designs. Have only had to talk to customer service once but they replied quickly and were super helpful!

Unfortunately, Irish customs were causing issues with my order. Daq and the team were super helpful and friendly throughout, and were really great in sorting this issue. Thanks again 😊

Design and quality is great. But don't expect to get much info about your order, and they never reply to customer support mails.
