The website is a total disaster. I have even experienced receiving orders, that I cancelled during the payment process. The money was grabbed and Noma projecs refused a refund. The products are exciting but heavily overpriced and packaged in a most inconvenient way.
Noma projects has a great promise and some very high quality products available. However, they are so pricy that expectations to EVERYTHING are also very high. I bought a 6 month subscription. We are now in month 4, and I have so far received only 2 shipments. Their customer service is utterly slow and have after a while paid a refund for one shipment (why they didn’t just ship the product I don’t know).
The product (Noma Coffee) is great, but I have spent way more time emailing them and following up on weak response rates than drinking coffee.
What a shame
Way way way too expensive… More than 500€ for a couple of bottles of their experimental scents sent to you every 3 months. Interesting flavors and good to experiment. However, there is no value adding from their side. No recipes, no instructions, no suggestions just a nice little bottle and a good luck note :)
