This company not only makes great quality jewelry - but they have an incredible mission and wonderful customer service.
I purchased an Alhamdulillah necklace for my husband and he wore it every single day for months. The chain randomly broke one day and I reached out to customer service for a link to repurchase a chain. They not only responded very quickly to me (WITHIN MINUTES) - they were very apologetic and immediately offered a gift card for the full amount, as well as a recommendation for a replacement chain since the necklace was no longer available.
I can't stress enough how glad I am that I found such a beautiful company and I will gladly continue to purchase from them!

I've placed 2 orders with Nominal and I'm so pleased with everything. The jewellery is gorgeous, the cute little pouches they come in are perfect for either storing or gifting, and shipping is surprisingly fast (US>UK). First order took a little detour on Heathrow customs, but second order just flew through. I did all my shopping during the Eid sale, but even without a sale on, the pricing is affordable and quality superb. Highly recommend. Keep the order under £135 to avoid customs fees.

Fraud. Stay away.
Had a horrible experience with this online shop. For the order 100 EUR I was charged 70 EUR of delivery fees and duties. 30 EUR at firstc when it was stated in my order that duties abs taxes were paid. Then I received another notification to pay duties from DHL.
These guys understand perfectly well that no one will order products from them and they just simply mislead customers. Please stay away. That’s a borderline fraud.

I really cannot express how much I love what they make, who they are, what & who they represent and the actual quality of your products.
It's very hard to find nice jewellery that represents who I am and shows my support, whilst still being good quality.
In terms of the general jewellery - I really love knowing that my money is going to a company who are standing on the right side of history, but also are donating a percentage of sales to Palestine.
Shipping is fantastic. I really did not expect it to arrive to Sydney, Australia, within a matter of days when things from overseas usually take several weeks. I've shared photos with all my socials and made sure my friends know. I wish I found you sooner!!!

Great experiences
I've purchased things from Nominal on several occasions now and have always had a wonderful experience. My first order was a lot of gifts for family as well as a ring for my husband. The ring didn't end up fitting him and the exchange process was very easy. My most recent order at the end of February didn't arrive (not Nominals fault) and the customer service team was very quick to make sure I got a replacement order out and arriving in time for Eid. Their customer service team always responds in a timely manner and have always been polite and kind. For the prices, the pieces are great quality.

I’ve given this company a few chances because, I’ll be honest, their pieces are nice, however, I’ve never had good experiences with any of my orders. I definitely will not be ordering from them again. Their customer service is so inconsiderate and rude. I made mention of some things that occurred and voiced my disappointment and they gave a vague and passionless response without acknowledging any of my concerns. The shipping is also an issue as their website and their app never mention that their shipping takes “business days” but rather just says “days” which is important to note if you need the jewelry for a certain day. Also in the past, I received jewelry that I wanted to wear for eid but it was tarnished and scuffed so that was annoying. Almost all of my friends have also had issues with their shipping process or their customer service representatives. Giving this company a 1/5 review is generous if you ask me. Hope this helps x

Gift box with no gift... WTF
How are you going to ship the gift box and jewelry pieces separately and not arrive on the same day? The whole idea of this gift box is to neatly put the jewellery pieces away. This is a kick in the teeth as now i have an empty gift box with the pieces coming in several days time. Not only did you ruin the gift, you gave away the surprise. Makes no sense. Buying products with a gift box, you would think they should go together and make it easy for the customer. Guess not.

The customs fees are unreasonable and excessively high. The officer requested a payment of 5,000 Egyptian Pounds!!!!! Note that the order and shipment already paid with the amount 7631 Epounds
