You get your money, but it take some time.
I was scared, like the most people here, if i will get my won money or not.
The answer in my case YES but it nearly took me two weeks, the process is really slow but in the end it worked for me. I dont won "big amounts of money tho", i speak about 100-200€. I got this money, without any problems, it just took quite long - thats why 4 and not 5 stars.
Speaking of the casino site its self, amazing and a lot of cool games and features. I recommend.

I read reviews and it’s exactly the same with me! 15.12 made a withdrawal of winnings for exactly 12 days the withdrawal was in a pending status, the support service each time said that they did not know why for so long, probably because of the holidays! every time there was something new, some kind of lie! I wrote 20 letters to both of their emails and in support and the financial department , for 15 days I did not receive a single response, as a result, 12 days passed, the payment status changed to (In Processing), after which I was assured that the payment was verified and the money would soon be sent, I was given a guarantee that they would be on my account until 31.12, and what do you think? Today I received a notification that the payment was canceled, allegedly due to the fault of my payment system! Although I have never experienced this!they asked me to bring the money again! but how and where they don't know! the support service is constantly lying! I have all the screenshots of the correspondence! I will file a complaint with the court! These scammers must be punished!

This is a gangster casino. Won money 253e on wild swarm, was on a bonus once it was over it credited me for couple of seconds and then took it off me. I spent a week trying to get answers all on my behalf. This was my real money, they said there was no record of this, then using my card deposited over 2000e euro but when ever I asked to withdraw they said my bank declined and I'd have to use bank transfer... just common day theifs... worst experience ever since I started gambling.... PLEASE stay away from this Casino PLEASE. I have never been so disheartened in all my life and I've been gambling over 15 years. They will just rob you!!
