The massage feature wasn't what it seems like an the heating didn't heat up quickly within the time limit

Purchased the Maia as a Christmas gift for my wife but it doesn't heat up. Not sure if it's not charging or what. That said, when I go to the website, scroll down to the list of services, the "returns" and "contact us" are not linked to anything. You can't click on them so don't know how to get in touch with them to return it.

Would not recommend, we received ours for Christmas and it’s faulty! but because it was brought before November 25th mean no return due to 30days return policy,

Ordered a product for a Christmas gift. The item never arrived. It’s different to get any tracking information. Don’t waste your time and most importantly your money.

Took way TOO long for my order to even be processed and delivered.

The product DOES NOT WORK!

I recently purchased this back massager with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, it fell short of delivering a satisfying experience. The design seemed promising, but the execution left much to be desired.

Firstly, the intensity levels were either too mild or non-existent, with no setting to cater to individual preferences. The lack of customization options made it difficult to find a suitable setting for a relaxing massage.

Additionally, the build quality was questionable. The massager's construction felt flimsy, and after only a few uses, I noticed some odd noises and vibrations that made me question its durability. It left me feeling hesitant about its longevity.

The promised heat feature was underwhelming at best. It took a significant amount of time to warm up, and when it did, the heat was inconsistent and not as soothing as expected.

Furthermore, the ergonomics of the massager seemed off, making it difficult to position and use comfortably. The design didn't effectively target the key muscle areas, leaving me feeling more frustrated than relaxed after each use.

Considering the relatively high price point, I expected a more reliable and effective product. Unfortunately, this back massager did not meet my expectations, and I regret my purchase. I would advise potential buyers to explore other options before investing in this particular model.

Wish it was a little stronger and had longer battery life. Very cute and good design otherwise.

Waited to get the device before I made a review, and my girlfriend loves it. Now that she has it she would highly recommend to anyone.

They have a 30-day return policy... not great for the holidays when you need to order it almost 30 days before to get it on time. The web site is always down... customer support is a joke. Looks and feels like a start-up company that has no idea what it is doing. Stay away... go get a different one for half the price on Amazon.

Delivery times were very long. The order was done on December 10th and received only on December 29th.

Still haven’t received this more than two weeks after ordering.

I gifted the Maia to my daughter and she loves it thanks mocha would be the icing on the cake!

I will have to say that I am highly displeased with the shipping time for the product I have bought from nomisk. I had no idea what to expect on the delivery time and it had taken way longer than I could have ever expected. To nomisk: I would highly recommend getting some more speedy options or explaining the delivery time explicitly.

Its been 8 days but i dint recevie any update on my package shipments beside multiple time i contact customer support.
