Slow shipping
Ordered with ample time before the holiday and was still not delivered in time.

Ordered at 10th December as a Xmas gift. Today is the 23rd and it’s true: The Parcel will not arrive before Christmas. And why? Just 8 days after my order the items were handed out to the parcel company. It‘s sad.

Been a week and haven’t seen the status of my package change

More than 10 days to get the product to USPS to ship. How much more trash can a company be?

Terrible service! Ordered my gift 4 days ago. No option for other shipping and your product hasn’t even left California yet. I will def not be suggesting your services or products to anybody else. Just terrible

Didn't receive product and tracking number is not working.

I have not received any info on my order being shipped, where it is, or when I can expect it. Shipping said 1-5 days and it has been longer than that and I can’t even track my purchase.

I order the Maia over a week ago still haven’t received it yet, might be the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had with a company. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but at this point I’m gonna have to go a different route.

When you make the purchase the website states that it takes 1-5 business days. I placed my order on the 12th. I didn't recive any tracking info until the 19th. I only received that info because I had to ask for it. And here I am on the 22nd with a package still sitting at the origin facility on the other side of the country. So 1-5 business days is a lie.

I order this for Christmas for my wife and the shipping stated it would be delivered within 3-5 business days. It is now scheduled to arrive after 10 business days and I will not be able to give it to my wife for Christmas. Very disappointing.

Bought for Christmas gift over a week before Christmas Day. Stated 3-5 delivery days, but as of 12/22 the product hasn’t even shipped out. Won’t receive before Christmas.

Took a whole week just to get it to a shipping company and now it won’t even be close to on time.

The website states quick shipping with delivery within 1-5 business days

….but the reality is completely different. Placed order on 12/14 and as of end of day on 12/21 it still hasn’t moved out of the California logistics warehouse.

..which is funny, because the website states that US shipments ship from their Las Vegas warehouse…

Literally been out for delivery for a week. And it was a Christmas present. Mickey Mouse operation. Total scam.

I ordered these gifts for my wife for Christmas and they are nowhere to be found. No email. No tracking notifications. Nothing. Estimated arrival was December 19 and do you think it got here? NO. So now my wife doesn’t get to open the gifts I got her for Christmas ON CHRISTMAS. If I could give less than 1 star I would..

Poor quality, don’t let TikTok trick you! I was embarrassed to give this to my wife. Both the back pain and neck pain devices did nothing… it’s crazy they charge over $10.00 for this crap. Best of all, when you realize it’s junk and want to return it, you have to pay more money. Because they know they’re going to keep getting more returns.

I‘ve been waiting for two weeks by now and still haven’t received my order. The website said 3-5 days. I am very disappointed and need to look for another Christmas gift now. This shop is not reliable.
