I received a defective item (earrings with a defective clasp that wouldn't close), I wanted to return them, but I only managed to do it the third time: the first time they sent me the wrong shipping label, when I noticed it they sent me a new shipping label, but when I went to the parcel machine, I couldn't return the item because the second label was also bad. Then they sent me another new shipping label and I was able to return the item, but I still had to pay for it. After expressing dissatisfaction, I was refunded the money for the shipping. Since the item was purchased with a gift voucher, after returning it, they generated a new gift voucher code for me instead of refunding the money. Everything would have been fine with that, but the gift voucher code was invalid! Although they respond to emails quickly and respond quickly, I think they just have unqualified employees there, I won't buy anything from them again.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Earing lost after 2 days. The lock mechanism faulty or just bad manufacturing. I reached out to them and was just told that lost items not covered under warranty. The other earring is also falling out now. Stay away
