Returns not possible, no communication
I returned an order on 14.02.2023. Its expensive since they are in Lithuania. As they say on their website I send them the tracking number. They answered that they received the message. On the 21.02.2023 the package was at the post office. After a few days I send them a message and asked them if they would please pick it up. They never answered an today I see in the tracking information that it will be send back to me because no one came. So I will receive the items back that I don`t want and will probably never see my money back. And no one from this company answers my mails. Don`t by there!

I have marked five stars even due to the awful service of DHL who for some reason could not deliver the order to me at my address. No More Accessoires were easy to contact. Listened to my complaint and offered to work with me to find a solution. I decided it was better to get DHL to send the parcel back to them and I received a full refund. Such a shame a good company is was let down by DHL.
