Nomy finance(Cryptonomy) SCAM!!!!!

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had the option. Nomy finance is Cryptonomy finance rebranded. Investors should read the reviews on Cryptonomy finance. They have abandoned this name do to the negative press and the complaints. Nomy finance(Cryptonomy) is a scam. Many investors as well as myself have been scammed by them and it continues with others. They have destroyed lives and peoples life’s savings. Legal actions and criminal prosecutions will soon catch up to these bad actors.

Hi Hammond,

We understand your concerns, but it’s important to clarify that Nomy is not a rebrand of Cryptonomy. It is a separate entity with its own legal, operational, and compliance frameworks.

We do not manage legacy contracts from Cryptonomy and cannot comment on cases unrelated to our platform. However, Nomy continues to operate transparently under evolving regulatory oversight, and our team remains available to assist verified users with any account-related matters.

We encourage respectful, fact-based communication and are committed to building long-term trust through accountability.

Scam - Theft - Stay Away

I am absolutely incensed by my experience with NOMY FINANCE, which appears to be a continuation of CRYPTONOMY FINANCE LTD. Let me be clear: I have submitted a formal complaint to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) regarding NOMY FINANCE/CRYPTONOMY FINANCE LTD, Company Number 15307665, and I strongly encourage anyone else who has been similarly impacted to do the same. Perhaps a surge of complaints will finally get some real attention on this outrageous situation.
On January 1, 2024, I signed a contract with these entities, expecting it to run until January 1, 2025. They are currently holding a substantial amount of my money – roughly $93,000 – and frankly, I have zero confidence I’ll ever see it again. They unilaterally ripped up our agreement, changed the end date without any justification, messed with the promised returns, and can’t even provide accurate account details. I’ve sent them mountains of written communication trying to sort this mess out, but all I get are slippery, avoidant replies. And to add insult to injury, they refuse to even speak on the phone! Their so-called customer service is a complete joke, and the contract expiration date meant absolutely nothing to them as they continue to hold onto my funds indefinitely.
It’s no surprise that the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a stark warning about NOMY FINANCE/CRYPTONOMY FINANCE LTD, suggesting they might be operating without any proper authorization. The FCA explicitly advises against dealing with them because there’s no way to get help from the Financial Ombudsman Service or any protection from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. If you want to see what others are saying about their shady practices, try searching “Cryptonomy Scam” on Telegram.
NOMY FINANCE/CRYPTONOMY FINANCE LTD, which public records from June 10, 2024, show is wholly owned by Peter Cawkwell, is exhibiting what I consider to be utterly unacceptable behavior. I have all the proof – screenshots of contracts, transaction records – and they simply ignore it. Don’t fall for any of their attempts to get this review taken down or their empty promises of fixing things. Their priority claim numbers and “expedited processes” are just more lies; they have no intention of returning anyone’s money.
Take my word for it: steer clear of CRYPTONOMY FINANCE LTD. They are operating in a way that I believe is completely fraudulent and will happily take your investment and run.
