Sadly they were a no show to my son’s 9th birthday party today. He was so excited to share this experience with his friends but now feels like he’s let his friends down. I’m so disappointed. I received a confirmation text message to ensure everything was ok for our party, advised they will arrive 30mins before to set up but no one showed. I had to chase and was told the news they didn’t have my booking. I’d paid the full amount upfront and replied to confirm yes all good for the party and that I had a very excited boy. Huge disappointment. I understand mistakes happen but it’s a hard pill to swallow when it’s your kids birthday and have a load of children to entertain when they were expecting a fun gaming experience. They said they will refund my money, which is the only good and decent thing that happened - absolutely shambles of admin and leader ship! Kids parties are hard enough, thanks for the added stress and upset

A fantastic party in the bus. It was a surprise for my daughter for her 13th and a surprise it was! She loved it and all her friends have been non stop talking about it since. Highly recommend non-stop gaming and Bradley was so good- helping the girls on the vr and making it fun 🤩 looking to book again for our summer Bbq.

Came across conor and the gaming van a couple of weeks ago and decided to hire him for my sons 8th birthday party with all his friends, worked out £25 each for a party of 8 which was very reasonable and they had a lot of fun. Even i got stuck in with the oculus headset lol. thanks again
