Confusing Company to Deal With
Be Aware - there are two different branches EU(.com) & UK(.co.uk)
Bought a dog coat from UK shop but it was too small so returned it for an exchange. I emailed using the reply to address in the order confirmation email to say I would be returning the coat & asking for a larger size. I never heard anything back. I called the number from web site, no answer & left several voicemails. I eventually checked web site for alternative email addresses & discovered that on the reply to address from order confirmation email the address was shown as
nonstopdogwearuk
But the address on the web site was shown as
nonstopdogwearukshop
When I emailed this address I received a reply instantly & on a Sunday night too!! Excellent customer service once I had the correct email address.
Replacement organised & partial refund for the difference received. This did take a bit of work on my part & it is very confusing having two different web sites that look exactly the same AND the wrong email address on the order confirmation email.
