Really like the quality of the side table i bought.
Very heavy compared to other cheap counterparts and paint looks good. Wouldn't pay full price for it but with the 40% discount was very reasonable priced
Unique Products
Ordering online was very easy, and the Ande Side Table was delivered within 5 days. The table was already assembled and arrived undamaged.
As the table was a present, I cannot comment on the overall quality of the product.

Beautifully made side table, which I thought was a bit expensive at first, but it is real quality and thats what you pay for. Looks lovely in my 70s themed room.

Ordered two blankets and a side table for our sofa. The table is sturdy and of excellent quality; the vibrant orange color really brightens up the room. The blankets are thick, warm, and feature beautiful, bright designs. FedEx delivery was quick and secure, and everything arrived well-packaged. Highly recommended

I emailed immediately to ask them to facilitate a product refund and 13 days later nobody has got back to me at all. I emailed twice to remind them. Shameful customer service that has me wondering if this is a legitimate vendor.

First time I write a review on Trustpilot, hope it will be helpful for anyone thinking about ordering from noo.ma.
I bought the Ande Side Table from noo.ma website and I received it with paint imperfection. I get in touch with the customer service on 2/12/25 and got a reply on 11/12/25 asking me to send them more photos which I did the very same day. Today is 22/12/2025 and I never received a reply.
Faulty product can happen, slow reply considering xmas season is understandable, but 20 days with no reply from customer service is just not professional. At this point I feel like I will never get my product replaced. NOT RECCOMENDED
UPDATE:
On 3/1/26 I finally received the replacement of the side table. Still waiting for the shipping label for the return of the faulty one.
Never received the products
The delivery was initiated and delivery date already confirmed. The delivery never took place as the products have been damaged. Since 4 weeks I have neither received the products, nor have received any new delivery date or even a response from the support. I don‘t know if I will receive the products and might have to take legal action.
Extremely disappointing experience. Should avoid Noo.ma at all cost
Customer service appears severely understaffed or unresponsive. The goods arrived damaged (very poor quality), yet the company refuses to acknowledge responsibility or offer a proper replacement. Instead, they insist on charging a very high fee for returning items that should never have arrived in this condition.
Communication has been painfully slow — after weeks of back-and-forth, there is still no resolution. Overall, this experience feels highly unprofessional and has significantly undermined my trust in the brand
Great Design but no Customer Service when Problems
I really like the design of my new Couchtable. It looks simple and stunning. I'm just sad, that it had a damage when arrival and costumer Service didn't get back to me as they wanted.

Shipped 3 times, all of them wrong, and clueless customer service
The customer service replies in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS and is completely clueless. I have ordered a table: I received the correct table board but the wrong legs (wrong colour). They made a second shipping and I received a second table board with no legs. They made a third shipping with the correct legs, except that once I have opened all of my boxes, BOTH the boards were damaged. Result: I have been TWO MONTHS without a table and with countless packages occupying my house.

Order two rugs on 16 November 2025. Delivery then advised as 9 December 2025 via FedEx. Delivery date slipped three days to 12 Dec, then just never arrived. Still waiting. Customer service takes 5-7 business days to respond, which is poor - not that it matters as I still have no response so have ordered from elsewhere to make sure I get in time for Christmas. At some point I will try and a refund before I get my bank involved.
Another faceless company masquerading as a genuine retailer online.
