Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. My order has not been shipped for over two months. The delivery date keeps changing, and customer support is unable to provide any clear or reliable timeline.

What frustrates me the most is that the website still advertises delivery times of 2–3 weeks, which is simply not true in reality and feels misleading. I was not proactively informed about the delay and had to keep chasing support myself, only to receive vague answers.

At this point, I cannot plan anything around the delivery, which is unacceptable for a product of this price. I strongly recommend being very careful before ordering and not trusting the delivery timelines shown on the website. I really wish I had read the reviews here earlier.

Defective elements

Customer service responds with huge delays, the company refused a refund for a defective part of the product, which we were constrained to repair at our own cost , due to the absence of any timeline information about a delivery of the substitute element since middle of December till the beginning of February . The company does not inform about timelines, and resist paying a €125 refund. Regarding the product quality and materials used - The furniture seems being made worse than Ikea’s.

Very long shipping delays

I ordered a pouf during Black Friday that was meant to take 2 weeks for delivery. Mid January, I still didn't receive an update, I messaged them and they said it had been returned to the warehouse. I then re-ordered another pouf that was meant to be shipped in 2 weeks. Still no news and they have pushed back the shipping date by 2 weeks. I emailed support who said they would get back to me saying "Please note that replies may take 9-10 business"

Bit of a joke tbh....

Great products & cool brand

I’m always impressed by the design and quality of their products. They’re super easy to put together, and it’s refreshing to see cool packaging that isn't incredibly wasteful. A great example of how a modern brand should do things!

Deeply Disappointing Experience

You need an extreme amount of patience when ordering from this company. Our pouf and rug, ordered on 29‑12‑’25, still haven’t been delivered. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 5 days, but the estimated delivery date is pushed back every single day. After sending an email, you only receive an automatic message saying it may take up to 9 days to get a response. So far, we haven’t received any reply or proper update about our order. Very disappointing and I’m frustrated that I fell for their advertisement #misleadingsocialmedia

Je hebt extreem veel geduld nodig als je hier iets bestelt. Onze poef en ons kleed, besteld op 29-12-’25, zijn nog steeds niet geleverd. De levertijd zou 5 dagen zijn, maar de estimated delivery date wordt elke dag opnieuw vooruitgeschoven. Na het sturen van een e-mail ontvang je alleen een automatische melding dat het tot 9 dagen kan duren voordat je antwoord krijgt. Tot nu toe hebben we geen enkele reactie of nette update over onze bestelling ontvangen. Erg teleurstellend en baal dat ik hierin ben getrapt #socialmediamisleiding

Not what I expected

I ordered the Streiko bed with slats, and unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the purchase. The colour is closer to a white oak, which does not match the pictures on the website. I initially wanted to return it, but customer service informed me that they do not except the returns for this reason and that I would have to pay a €150 return shipping fee.
Additionally, one of the legs arrived deformed, which prevented me from assembling the bed properly. I had to contact customer service again to request a replacement part, which they did provide. The slats were also poorly packaged—the screws were loose, and two of them were missing. It was difficult to assemble as well.

Noo.ma has really nice customer service. Good responding and try to help the issue well. And product qualities so far pretty nice and modern. Also very quick delivery service. I do want to keep buying stuffs here.

Customer service is extremely slow.

The blanket I ordered was not what I expected in terms of fabric quality. I contacted customer support to return it and request a refund, but it took almost three weeks just to receive a reply.

I have now sent the item back and I am still waiting for the refund. Overall, the process has been frustrating and much slower than acceptable.

Awful customer service delays

Awful customer service delays. One of my blankets was great, the other had faulty stitching. Customer service emailed straight away with photos, was advised of delays in an auto email. Finally had a response almost 3 weeks later, to request further photos, which were sent back to customer services straight away, and now another week of delays and I’ve not heard a thing!

Whilst I can understand delays following the festive period, I would have expected a prompt follow-up once they’ve reviewed the case and asked for further information. Really poor experience that has put me off further orders.

I wrote them 9 days ago,
my package was lost and according to UPS Noo.ma needs to open a claim towards them.
So at them moment I have neither goods nor money :-(

Empty apologies, misleading delivery promises and zero accountability

I placed my first order on January 1st, which was delivered on January 10th. Immediately after delivery, I contacted customer service to arrange a return because I needed a larger size.

I was told that, due to a backlog, it would take up to 9 business days to receive a response. Because I needed the product sooner, I placed a second order on January 10th — a decision forced entirely by their lack of timely customer support.

That second order was delivered only on January 21st, well after the promised shipping timeframe. I was never informed about this delay, despite relying on their stated delivery date.

I was offered either a useless store credit or the option to pay €24 to return the item, and the value of the returned product could not be deducted from the new order — even though the situation was caused by their delayed response.

When customer service finally replied, the response consisted of three sentences: admitting that it was their fault, an apology and a statement that this was “store policy” and could not be changed. No solution, no responsibility taken, and no genuine effort to help.

In short: empty apologies, inaccurate delivery promises, no communication, and all financial consequences pushed onto the customer. This is not customer service — it’s the customer paying for the company’s mistakes.
