Previous Dumbo re emerges
I was known as Dumbo as elephants never forget. Now aged 82 still working as haematology Technology consultant I have been enjoying Noobru for 3 years and my memory has continued to improve, on a recent vacation to the UK visiting my younger brother it become very clear how much family news he had forgotten and my memories were crystal clear.I enjoy Sudoku and he can usually finish extreme puzzles in half the time it takes me,this time I finished long before him so Noobru thank you.I would encourage anyone thinking about starting Noobru not to hesitate. I have discussed with my 2 GPs and orthopedic consultant and all 3 agreed it's a safe excellent product.

Number 3176911: Roger Kapsch I purchased the product in the middle of October, 2025. After taking the product for a couple of days I found that it didn't agree with my body and was making me sick. I have heart problems and was told by my doctors not to take the product anymore. I knew that I could return the product for a full refund and text Noobru and was given a customer number for when I returned the product.
I returned the produce on October 31st, 2025 and have not received any confirmations or refund. I have emailed two-three times to see where the company was in the process. I asked them to let me know when I can expect my refund and also If this isn't their department, to please forward this inquiry to whom ever does. I still haven't been responded to one way or another. Very questionable customer relations!

Love Noobru and their support team
Love the product. I use Advantage regularly and occasionally also use Pro or Sprint. It has improved my energy and cognitive functions. Customer service is also great. Highly recommended.
I have needed support twice (once for a question I had and once to untangle an order challenge) and they were great.

The formula effects everyone slightly differently, and whilst it doesn't always express itself outwardly the health benefits going on behind the scenes are certainly stacking up. Nootropics are proven to keep you cognitively healthy, and prevent the further slide of cognitive decline - sometimes seeing a cognitive "maintainence" is actually a win.
Do keep trying the product out. It can take a little longer to really kick in for some, as their body as a higher resistance.

Poor quality control
I have written three complaint letters to both customer service addresses and received no response.
The Noobru product I received was unusable. There was no quality control on this. Some was defective and some was good.
The product inside some of the packets was wet instead of dry. Some product was viscous and some was solid and would not dissolve. I threw away a lot of unusable packets.
