Easy to communicate with and installation was a breeze. Sauna is great.

Communication and customer service was exceptional. I felt like they actually went out of their way to make my experience great. The sauna is also a 10/10.

Got my sauna delivered and set up in no time(20mins). Guys were great and friendly. Went thru sauna do and don’t and explained settings etc. No fuss, no muss.

Really happy with my sauna. The quality and description is exactly as described and pictured on the website. The delivery was a little delayed due to Xmas but installation was quick. The sauna is easy to use and I'm loving the benefits of it.

We first experienced an infrared sauna at an Airbnb in Europe two years ago, and it left a lasting impression. Since then, my husband has spent a lot of time researching saunas, and we eventually chose the Nook Core (2 person). Our sauna arrived on 2 January, and I’ve been using it almost daily ever since. Listening to audiobooks via Bluetooth has become my favourite way to unwind, relax, and detox at the end of the day.

We ordered our sauna on pre-order and the team were excellent, keeping us in the loop with expected delivery and install updates. They were flexible in their scheduling and the delivery/install team were timely, friendly and efficient. The install team tested the sauna to demonstrate and noticed that one of the lights wasn't working and quickly rectified the issue on the spot. Top notch customer service all around!

Service was totally the best I’ve ever had. Delivered before due date in the hills of Perth. They set up my machine gave me all the information I questioned plus sent me sites to look at. Sat on the fence for a while and now wish I acted sooner. They kept in contact with me from the day of purchase to after my usages. Absolutely loved my experience with nook sauna personal and sauna.
