Love the support and ease of process with Noom!

Noom is a comprehensive program that helps an individual lose weight, maintain healthy bio markers, for example, cholesterol, etc. It looks at whole health.

Noom has been an amazing experience for me. The program, the coaching, and the app all work together in a way that actually makes healthy habits stick. I feel supported, motivated, and more in control of my choices every day. The app is easy to use, the lessons are helpful, and the tracking keeps me consistent. I’m genuinely happy with my results and highly recommend Noom to anyone who wants a realistic, sustainable approach to wellness.

Noom is a name you can trust. I wanted to try a weight loss medication and I knew I couldn't go wrong launching with them. Lots of support and guidance. Quick response to questions. If you're on the line deciding to try a GLP 1, don't hesitate! It works

Poor administration of account of individual customers. There is no transparent cost administration. One cannot go on the Noom App to determine what your actual payments are. There is no contract and no one to answer your account questions. The cost is an afterthought to them. I was charged no notice $837 without any email or App notice as a member. My "Teams" had no connection to the finance portion. They were just the cheering section.

It was super easy and affordable to get started. I appreciated the support from the physician and the bloodwork being done right here through the app made everything very convenient and easy for me.

Seems like just an app heavy in motivation tricky to use and slightly patronising. No GLP ones offered maybe if they offered that and people it would be better I'm not sure feels very disconnected.

Excellent customer service. I learned a great deal about myself and habits. I really love this app. I felt supported and heard.

I honestly don't understand how this company can charge £88 a month for this service. It offers very little above what can be logged via other free calorie counters. It promised personalised feedback and coaching but I got no coaching during my free trial and nothing above basic calorie style reports. Just eat more green foods which seems obvious. In addition, the whole platform is very Americanised. It's such a pain putting in foods because hardly any of the bar codes I scanned were recognised. And nearly all foods were standardised to cups and ounces so I had to manually move to the UK style of ML and Grams. The food scanning tool was not reliable enough to be used. Cancelled after my free trial and would not recommend you bother.
