Noom and the meds far exceeded my expectations. It was an easy process and the app allowed me to keep my self accountable. Everything was too easy for me.

Great for a microdose approach combined with behavioral changes to support long lasting weight loss without medication over the long term

I previously used noom before GLP1 medications became popular. The support and help from the program helped me reach goals that I have for my over all health and weight. Now, I am using noom again with GLP1 medication and the combination of both makes me feel even more hopeful about my long term health goals and losing weight. Noom is a program I trust and am excited to continue using for support in reaching my health goals.

Noom used to be great and it worked well but they keep on changing the program and changing the layout. There’s way TOO MUCH now and it’s too hard to navigate. Too bad because it was better when it was simpler. Although they do keep trying to jack up the price too - it’s almost like you are penalized for not being new.

After posting this saying you are penalized for not being new, I was offered $199 for 3 months. I rest my case !

I’ve struggled with my weight for a long time and have tried a lot of things, so I came into Noom Med with cautious optimism. I’m so glad I did. Before I even took my first dose I already felt completely supported - my doctor walked me through everything, the micro-dosing protocol was clearly explained, and the SmartDose feature made my first injection way less intimidating than I expected. I was nervous enough that my husband helped me with that first dose, but the instructions were so clear and thorough that it went smoothly.

Having a coach like Shana adds a personal accountability layer I didn’t expect, and the daily lessons keep me engaged and educated about my own health. The whole program feels thoughtful and personalized - not cookie cutter like so many other weight loss programs.

If you’ve tried everything and feel like your body has been working against you, this feels genuinely different. I’m just getting started and I already feel confident and prepared. 10/10 would recommend to any friend who asked.

Noom Med has been a fantastic tool for my weight loss journey. The app made it incredibly easy to track everything in one place—including my weight, food, and exercise. It really helped guide me through the toughest parts of losing weight, and thanks to this program, I lost over 33 pounds! Sadly, I have to cancel my subscription strictly for financial reasons, which is no fault of Noom itself. If it fits into your budget, I highly recommend it because the program and the app features genuinely work.

If I could give a zero I would this company is completely unreliable and their excuses are unbelievable. I was charged on May 25. Did not receive my shipment until June 9 and it came wrapped in ice packs that were hot. The vile itself was actually hot and when I notified them that the product was no longer cold when I received it they said it could get up”104 degrees for up to 6 days and still be perfect.” I have done a lot of research, even spoke with my primary care doctor and was told this is this is not true. GLP-1s cannot be received even slightly warm or they are less likely to work or completely unusable. I have reported this company to several different agencies regarding the fraud that they are attempting on clients.

I was successful in losing weight, I really like the easy-to-use app and followed it daily (unless on vacation). I liked the daily lessons that you could either read or listen to and found the Noom support system and the Community support system always available, helpful and encouraging. I have and will continue to recommend Noom.

I have used Noom and Noom Med each for more than one year. Noom Med helped me meet my weight loss and health goals.

I was reluctant about injecting medication - was afraid it would hurt. But it only took my first dose for me to feel comfortable. I don’t even feel the needle. I have had a hiccup here or there with the app but nothing intolerable. Also my coach and doctor are super responsive through the app which I appreciate. I do wish the app would track fiber intake. Overall a very positive experience so far.

I love how noom helps you rethink your eating habits and teaches you how to over come those intrusive thoughts that make you want to eat unhealthy. I also love how now you can have access to medicine to help with weight loss. For some one like me who has ate right and exercised and was still not loosing weight it has been a really big game changer

I was excited when my company paid for my Noom subscription. I inquired about paying to add medication and they told me that was not possible. They are greedy. The lessons were good at first but are now a stretch.

Noom is effient, professional, and responds to your questions. A good group to put your trust in.

It really helped me get my mind set going. I had actually started trying to lose weight in January before I started NOOM. The GLP helped with the "food noise" and hunger, especially in the evenings which were always my problem time. I lost over 25 pounds over 4 months--not too fast and not to slow!

Has exceeded all my expectations. Medication does not have any side effects, weight is coming off in manageable increments, the lessons, recipes and encouragement are engaging and helpful.
