Warning of purchase
Not only did the sewing machine I purchase not arrive. I had to chase them daily for updates and was promised every day it would be delivered the next. Over week on and I'm now struggling to get a refund from them. Not sure this is a legitimate business.
Update...despite stating they will refund its been a month and not only has there been no refund, their website has now been shut down.10/10/24

I have yet to use the machine. And will write a thru review on the machine later. But for now the must say Nooras has exceeded my expectations. They not only delivered on the date I requested but made sure that it was packed for shipping as requested. Customer friendly and excellent communication. Replied promptly to every questions I had about the machine and accessories
