My item was received and obviously I didn't wear it to the wedding. Like everyone else the garment received was horrible. I was lucky that I got a full 100% refund thanks to a claim I put through NAB credit card.

I ordered three items on November 3. 2025
I still have not received my goods. I have contacted them many times, to no avail. Is this business still operating?
Their standard answer is always that here is a hold up. You cannot speak directly to them.
I feel 'conned' and am now wary of on line purchases.

What item! After months still waiting on delivery.
It is a business that should be closed down, it makes one think twice about shopping on the net. The are not Australian and if they are they should be ashamed for ripping people off. Enjoy your quick earned money as they say 'here today, gone tomorrow'

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are NOT Australian. Their dresses are cheap and nasty and despite the fact that they offer a money back guarantee they try to deter you from returning the item by offering 10% then 20% then 30% off and when you refuse and say you want a full refund they want you to post the item back to China at an exorbitant cost. They represent themselves as being in Noosa Australia but this is obviously untrue. They are scammers. The dress I received was polyester not cotton and it was way too small despite me ordering according to my measurements. I paid $110 for a dress I saw on Ali Express for $13.84. Not impressed. This company needs to be shut down and fined for fraud immediately.

7 weeks ago placed an order with this shop. After some weeks apology received that their carrier was swamped. No further advice received. They have not offered a refund despite now at least 10 requests fir refund. This businesses is corrupt and engaging in theft. They take money without delivering a product

This company is a complete disgrace.
Anna & Grace Australia is nothing more than a slick-looking front for a cheap overseas operation pumping out absolute garbage. I paid $80 for what was advertised as a beautiful dress — what I received was a revolting, shapeless rag made from the cheapest, nastiest material I’ve ever seen. You couldn’t even use it to mop a floor.

They hide behind an “Australian” name, yet the parcel arrived from China. The entire setup feels deliberately deceptive.

I’ve been promised a refund but, of course, still haven’t seen a cent. Judging by the hundreds of furious reviews, I’m far from the only one they’ve scammed. They take your money, send rubbish, then act like they’re doing you a favour offering a pathetic partial refund.

Avoid this company like the plague.
They are unprofessional, dishonest, and their products are an insult to customers. I’m posting this to warn others before they get ripped off the same way as thousands of other people have.

I bought a Lydia dress which was advertised as being COTTON. I received a dress 90% Polyester 5% Spandex. A pity, since the dress was beautifully styled and well sewn. But I only wear natural fabrics. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a blouse 5 weeks ago. Have not received yet. Tracking number provided is invalid.
Cannot track parcel. Contacted Noosa Tides twice - they are "so sorry" blaming delivery drivers.

I ordered a blouse, it was described as chiffon style floaty material...
It's a horrid material with white backing, no side splits, no cuffs on long strange sleeves
This material would be stifling in summer....

Less than one star! Do not buy! I bought a dress from Anna and Grace AUSTRALIA, only to be directed to NZ company. The material is flat out stiff trash and not at all like website. Even the flowers on the print are pale. Tried to return and it seems that returns are to go to ASIA by freight being min NZD$60. FYI saw the same dress on another website for $79. I paid $109.95, reduced from $299. Who regulates these things?? DO NOT BUY.

SCAM !!! My mum ordered this dress not knowing this asian company pretending to be from noosa in australia, her dress was cheap rubbish made of nylon the website said linen.

Scam site , faulse photo and cheap mast fabric. Avoid at all cost

Stop selling clothes that are of poor quality and then deny refunds

China. I also believe the photos of the two ladies who are the supposed owners are real.
I ordered two pieces of jewellery which looked nice in the photographs. When they arrived they were cheap pieces in cellophane from China! Be aware. I was scammed. They offered me a discount next purchase - I don’t think so. I requested a refund and heard nothing more. BTW the purchase date may not be exact, I can’t recall, but my experience is!

Absolutely a scam site! Pay top dollar and then if your lucky you receive your goods after following up. Once received your heart sinks as you realise several items you pays in excess of 100 dollars for would sell on temu for 10 bux. They don't respond to emails with any useful information it's all just giving you the run around. Please avoid

I purchased what I thought was going to be a luxurious style coat for winter instead I received a piece of rubbish not even suitable for the rubbish bin. I have contacted an Olivia Harper asking to use their refund policy but keep receiving a reply I will be contacted within 24 hrs this has now happened 3 times, I don't like my chances of ever seeing my money again. This is definitely a SCAM don't be fooled like I was. Facebook shame, shame, shame for allowing these scammers on your site.

Absolute scam … don’t be fooled. Aren’t closing down … stock comes from China . Absolute rubbish quality. If you try and contact them they pretend someone from Shopify is going to help you and you never get back to you .SCAMMERS!!
