Thoughtful and Professional Recruitment Experience

One of the better recruitment experiences I've had. Communication has been prompt and transparent throughout, and the process has felt organised from start to finish.

I particularly liked that the interviews were centred around real business problems rather than generic questions. Being asked to prepare practical ideas for the company made the conversations much more meaningful and gave me the chance to show how I approach growth and problem solving.

Overall, it's been a professional, well-run process that has left a very positive impression, regardless of the outcome.

A breath of fresh air

A breath of fresh air in the hiring process in the west. Daisy took time out, brought genuine interest, and wasn't tied down to traditional hiring processes. She is focused on the things that actually matter, and ensuring the right person fits into the right role - more than just what's on paper.

She was also fully open to feedback and actively asked questions which allowed me and what I can bring to a role in a genuine way.

We've only had 1 call, and I'm not sure if I'm through to the next stage with the company yet, but wanted to leave a review based on that 1 call and our comms in between alone.

Overall: Efficient and Responsive Interview + Hiring Experience

When it works, it works. I applied for a role No Other Choice posted and was contacted the same day. The recruiter was responsive, communicative, and came with a job description, company description, and answers to commonly asked questions. If the recruiter didn't know, they found out with a quickness that I've never experienced from another recruiting agency. If there were shifts in the job description or details, those were communicated to me ASAP.

As someone who has been ghosted by many a recruiter, the process was refreshing and feedback was given. Highly recommend for a more personalized, thoughtful hiring/interviewing experience.

Community Manager

Daisy is one of the best recruiters I've worked with. She's professional and clearly knows her field. I'd recommend her to anyone. I respect her work. I am hoping best for her company and clients.

I had an initial interview with Daisy…

I had an initial interview with Daisy about a potential role. She's super communicative. I got enough detail about the role. The questions were great, felt very much like a two-way conversation, and much less like an interview. I've been kept up to date throughout the whole time with some delays that have been happening, so overall, great experience.

Daisy & NOC are an amazing team!!!

My experience with Daisy and NOC has been nothing but positive since the very first interaction. From the moment I sent in an application to a job posting, Daisy was very prompt in getting in contact with me and starting the process. The screening call was possibly the best I’ve ever done. It felt less like an interview and more like a friendly conversation. Everything moved very quickly which as an applicant is much better than being made to wait around for weeks with no feedback. I would work with Daisy and NOC again without a second thought.
Amazing recruiter and amazing team.

Best recruiting experience, period.

This process is different from anything you've been through before — trust it. Daisy is the best recruiter I've ever worked with, and the model she's built matches that: it identifies fit fast, so the whole thing moves fast. Start to finish took about a week. It feels like a boutique experience on both sides, for the candidate and for the employer. I was impressed at every single step and I'll be recommending her to anyone needing to fill a position.

Unique hiring experience!

The interview questions are completely different to what I’m used to experiencing. Daisy took her time and brought energy to the call, which made the experience much more elevated. The process was smooth and quick, and overall enjoyable (believe it or not!)
